The front desk staff who checked us in was friendly and got us assistance for our luggage to our rooms. We even got upgraded, this was a pleasant surprise.

I just love CitizenM. whenever I stay at CitizenM in whole world, I have never felt disappointed. And this stay was no exception, Love this place

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, views from the balcony were amazing, valet parking was very professional but 75$ is pricey, we loved the pool area on the 9th floor. We’d definitely recommend and would return again.

Great rooms, professional service, wifi, pool which is fantastic. View from our room was just great. Close to downtown, quickly on Miami Beach

Everything! Location, furnishings, etc

The accomodation was very nice. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Location is great, close to everything downton. Pool area is amazing. Beds were comfortable and apartment is very well equipped. I didn't use building's parking but parked in the garahe next street for 15$ a day.

Absolutely everything. The apartment was amazing and views were spectacular

5-star accommodations and perfect location! Incredibly attentive host who ensured we had the best experience. Highly recommend!

Fabulous. Loved the space and freedom of YOTELPAD. Excellent downtown location. Train station exactly opposite. So nice that the staff don’t pester you for tips. Would defo stay here again.

View onto the Miami Port Cuban Restaurant with delicious breakfast Comfortable rooms Very friendly staff

I don’t understand why people rates this hotel as bad, for a 2 star hotel is perfect: very comfortable, excellent location, brilliant staff, lovely decoration. It was really a good experience.

The room was quite clean and was ready for us when we arrived

Great new hotel.Exciting location.Super staff and facilities.Exceeded expectations.

I absolutely loved staying here. Although its a bit older and there are some things that need fixing, it´s nevertheless a lovely space, nice staff and the location was just perfect for day trips, Ocean Drive, grabbing some food etc. The beds were extremely comfortable!!! Pool looking nice, although it was too cold to use. The restaurant directly attached has a short menu but the pizza tasted good and I liked the decor. Staying for almost a week, parking was fine every day except Saturday when the restaurant was packed. Had to park off lot, around the corner. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice, the rooms were big and beautiful, everything was super clean. The pool and the view was amazing, great location.

We try and stay at a Yotel everywhere we travel. Europe, US, we will first check if there is a Yotel before we book any other hotel. Thats how much we love it
