Super clean, everything is new and well kept. Great location next to subway station and right across from a 24 hour supermarket. The staff are lovely and the amenities are great - gym, filtered water tap, coffee machines, cleaning services, and 24 hour manned service desk.

We loved this hotel; we felt so comfortable and at home there. The location is ideal for museums, walks in Central Park or the Riverside park, and there were great restaurants and shops nearby. The small kitchenette had just what we wanted. The hotel staff were all really friendly and helpful too. We shall definitely stay there again if we return to Manhattan.

The hotel is brand new and clean. Guests are well behaved and staff are approachable, responsive and helpful. The hotel is close to the number 2 and 5 trains. There is a large secure supermarket with a friendly owner across the road as well as a Dunkin and burger king. Avoid the delis and walking around at dusk.

I think meals should be included especially since there isn’t much around.

The employees were very cheerful and helpful. The location is very close to the subway. We left satisfied.

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I had to notify them of noisy people having an all-night party in the room next door.

The Bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were very agreeable, from check-in to check-out only smiles and positivity. Nicole went out of her way to keep me engaged and awake while I was waiting for my Lyft at 4am in the Lobby. I did not know I could link my Hilton Honors Membership to my Lyft account - Thanks again, Nicole!!! My stay really made me value my dual Booking.com and Hilton Honors Membership. Will definitely be back.
