Staff were really friendly and helpful. Very smiley reception staff. Room was a very good size for New York, including a much bigger than average bathroom. Beds were comfy. Room was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet - we all slept well. Location was fantastic, with really easy subway links to attractions all over New York. We didn't use the restaurant on site (although it looked very nice) but there are lots of good places to eat nearby. A few minutes walk to the World Trade Centre. Great view of Trinity Church and Alexander Hamilton's grave from our window. Area felt very safe.

They really used the floor space very efficiently. We liked that the shower had both a detachable head and a overhead shower. We liked that the sink mirror lights up. lot of amenities in a small space.

A beautiful hotel just of East Houston which is where I needed to be. The staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The open fire in the downstairs area gave it the feel of a private house. My room was cozy and comfortable, with a big size bathroom with bathtub. The restaurant did excellent breakfasts. I will always stay here when I come to NYC!

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.
