the perfect hotel. I visited Boston several times; this is my go-to hotel now. I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. the facility is beautiful, the room spacious, the bed is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. but above all - the staff is super professional and friendly, with the best attitude of helping and making your stay perfect. they are all great and I would like to specifically thank Jacqueline, who helped us resolve some serious issues with our stay in Boston (caused by my mistake regarding the dates of my flight...). can't thank her enough

Location is just perfect, just a few minutes walk from South Station. The room was very nice and quiet in general. I loved the little details they put attention on. Staff was really friendly and I was able to check-in earlier than expected. I really recommend this hotel

    Terrific location close to stores, businesses, the MBTA T, and Northeastern University. I appreciated the keyless entry because it made it easy for our family members to get in and out withouth having to track the keys. The bed and sofabed were amazingly comfortable.
