The location was super convenient. You could tell that they just updated everything. The shower was complicated but when you figured it out, it was super cool and I am actually wanting the same one of my house. The staff was amazing. I didn't open the door for myself at all and the receptionist ladies gladly answered my many phone calls when I couldn't figure something out.

Staying at the Queen Mary us never disappoints. The rooms are very clean. The bed is really comfortable and the staff are always very nice. It had been 30 years since we had visited last.
