Clean and updated rooms, very large. Shower is hot and good pressure. Bathrooms also updated and well equipped. Great common areas with space to work, lounge. Def recommend!

Good location, near Time Square

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square and close to everything. The views of Times Square from the room were amazing, and the snowfall during our stay made it even more special and beautiful. The room was comfortable and quiet considering the area, and the bed was very comfortable.

Property is centrally located with all amenities you need. It’s clean and serviced daily. Staff were very friendly.

I stayed at Hotel 31 Extended Stay for a full month, and honestly, for the price, you simply won’t find anything comparable in New York—especially in Midtown. If you’re looking for a practical, well-located option without breaking the bank, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book here again. When I was first searching, I was honestly a bit concerned that, given the relatively low price, it might be unsafe or unreliable. But that impression disappeared as soon as I arrived. What really stood out to me was how functional and comfortable the room was for a longer stay. The bed was large and genuinely comfortable, which matters more than people think when you’re there for weeks. Towels were changed daily, and the toiletries were surprisingly high quality—definitely above what you’d expect at this price point. The room also had a medium-sized fridge with a freezer, which turned out to be incredibly useful and made day-to-day life much easier. There’s no microwave in the room, but with a Trader Joe’s just two blocks away offering plenty of ready-to-eat options at very reasonable prices, it really wasn’t an issue. There’s also a wash-and-fold laundry service just one block away, which made managing a month-long stay very convenient. When I first arrived, I was placed in a smaller room, but the staff made a real effort to accommodate me and moved me to a larger one the very next day. That’s the room I stayed in for the rest of the month, and I really appreciated that flexibility—especially since I had four pieces of luggage and needed space to unpack. More than anything, this hotel will stay in my memory because it’s where I first landed at the start of what will be a multi-year experience in New York. It gave me the time and peace of mind to look for a permanent place without stress.

The location was excellent, we were able to walk everywhere. The room exceeded expectations, we expected it to look like the photos, but we got one of the renovated rooms. We were supplied with a kettle on request. The room was very neat, and we were supplied with clean linen and towels every day. A bonus was the laundry facilities.

It's located in an excellent position allowing to walk MoMa, Rockefeller Center, all the main shops, Central Park, High Line, all the Broadway shows. I basically just crossed the street to see Chicago. The rooms are refurbished and for me the small room with queen bed was more than enough. Closet space is limited but manageable. This hotel has the best shower I have ever seen at a hotel. Doesn't leak a drop of water and good pressure in the shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in the room is actually possible to adjust based on personal preferences. You wouldn't be disappointed if you chose this hotel in NY. I felt very welcomed and enjoyed my stay. I'd chose again.
