Perfect location right next to 5th Avenue. Clean and small hotel, perfect for a 5 days stay, plus nice terrace which is a plus in NYC. I would recommend it.

Location, comfort, cleanliness

Great location, right on Times Square. We were on the 28th floor and the room was extremely quiet. The hotel cleaned the room daily, and left us a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Hotel is super busy, but we never had any issues with the lifts or can't get a coffee in the cafe. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that.

Breakfast was freely offered at the hotel entrance, very convenient. The location is very good for going to the Broadway theatres. The room and bathroom was very clean.

The location next to Central Park, shops and restaurants

The localization is excellent just 2 blocks of Times Square and subway. The rooms size are good and has an elevator.

It's always a hassle finding a clean hotel with a great location, but this was easily offered with TBA.

Jess the reception lady was amazing she was so kind helpful. Jess went out of her way to help you in every way. All the staff were exceptional 😁 I would definitely stay there next time I’m in the city.

Amazing location right in the heart of everything, friendly staff and clean rooms. The filtered water bottles on each floor and free laundry facilities were particularly useful! Would highly recommend

Location is amazing, staff is great, we got our room earlier than implied in the reservation. The facilities are great, you have a coffe bar in the lobby area which is great. The staff helped us with everything.

Great location! Breakfast was amazing!

It turned out to be a very good experience. Fairly clean. The room was quiet outside, half a block from times scuare, close to bus stops and train stations. The staff is very friendly. Room size is good compared to what one pays. The breakfast despite not having protein is complete to start the day. Also after our check out they took care of our luggage for a few hours and that is appreciated.
