Very nice and confortable hotel which has a unique and authentic harbour atmosphere. I really enjoyed the view on the bay from our room. Our room was spacious. Really good value for money. Staff was really friendly and efficient.

    Very accessible to the wharfs/piers for boat tours and to Boulders Beach to view the penguins. Sue and Jonathan were wonderful managers in their own way — Jonathan made the best omelettes and Sue offered to drive my friend and I down to the wharf for our boat tour.

    Beautiful small hotel with a tasty breakfast. Right in the center opposite a nice Korean restaurant. We were able to park right in front of the hotel. Not far from Boulders beach.

    The location was amazing! We came for the penguins (and rock hyrax, baboons, etc.) and loved the very short walk to reach the boardwalk and Boulders Beach. We could see and hear the ocean from the terrace. It was peaceful and lovely. The owners brought the key for our arrival and were helpful giving us a quick overview of area.

    Very close to boulders beach (i.e., the penguins). Absolutely beautiful scenic view of False Bay! The staff were so friendly. Jenny and Andrew were such gracious hosts and able to help out with tours to Cape Point and transportation up and down the mountain to the “city”.

    The location was perfect, you can walk to boulders Beach. Have a very relaxing balcony to watch whales. Super nice couple, their goal is to make sure you stay comfortably as you can! Love the home make cookies!!

    Modern, clean and welcoming vibes! The suite is absolutely stunning and decorated with cute marine decor. The location is just up the road from the Boulders Beach park entrance so we could easily walk down and didn’t have to park at the national park gate. The view from the suite was also stunning and provided a clear view of the water. The hosts were very friendly and responsive.

    This place is a gem. This is a cozy little boutique hotel right steps from the famous penguin boulders beach. The people and staff are amazing, friendly, and they will fulfill any expectation you have. This is a great place to stay. Curio hotel is the way to go. Great place, and highly recommended.

    Beautiful view of the Simonstown harbor, wonderful breakfast with a view. The staff were all really friendly from check-in, breakfast to check out. It's central to the harbor, navy museum, restaurants and not far from Boulders Beach (penguin viewing). The decor is beautiful and everything is pristine. Hope to be going back soon.
