The hotel is amazing in all details rooms , facility and the decorations and arts pieces in lobby. Also the activities at pool make our vacation more enjoyable. I like to thank ms. Melania from reception for good welcome and assisting us.

The location is great and it does have lots of activities to do The place is clean and well thought out. We spent one night to celebrate my best friend birthday and the hotel made it so special with their warm welcome, decorated the room, offered a cake and left a very nice thoughtful message and gave us an upgrade. Everyone from staff were really sweet people including receptionist Marco and gullia. Left the stay refreshed and well taken care off Definitely coming back!!

The St Regis Abu Dhabi was wonderful. The service and staff were superb. Such a great hotel and the beds are honestly truly heavenly.

I stayed at this hotel during my medical trip, mainly because of its close location to the hospital. What I really appreciated was the indoor passage connecting the hotel directly to the hospital, which made everything much more convenient and comfortable.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at The Ritz-Carlton, and especially to Erica, who made our stay truly exceptional. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. In fact, after staying at Emirates Palace, we never expected that another hotel could impress us even more. But The Ritz-Carlton managed to do exactly that. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were amazed by the way the staff treated their guests. The communication, warmth, attention, and genuine care were simply outstanding. We immediately felt at home, as if we were being welcomed by people who genuinely cared about us and wanted us to have a wonderful stay. I would especially like to mention Erica. She is an absolutely wonderful person and a true example of exceptional hospitality. Thank you, Erica, for all the care, attention, and support you gave us. After our experience with Emirates Palace, where we had a very disappointing situation with a forgotten item, Erica went above and beyond to help us. She personally arranged for the lost item to be returned to us, completely free of charge. This was especially meaningful to us because Emirates Palace had asked us to pay AED 250 for the same kind of delivery. We truly appreciated this gesture. It was not about the money, it was about the attitude, the willingness to help, and making the guest feel that their problem matters. This is exactly what luxury hospitality should be about. Overall, The Ritz-Carlton completely exceeded our expectations. The facilities are beautiful, but what truly makes this hotel special is its people. The level of hospitality, personal attention, and genuine care we experienced was exceptional. A very special thank you to Erica and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely remember this experience and would be very happy to return.
