SingaporeCant thanked the Receptionists and Duty Manager on duty during our stay enough. Son got sever influenza and wheezing cough. We requested to change room, and they went beyond the mile to place us in a 3 bedder room which was spacious and not stuffy for our son. It was the night of Nisfu Syabaan and entering into weekend. We can imagine the painstaking rearrangements they had to make just to make sure we stay comfortably. Will forever remember the kind gestures of people of Madinah. Already missing it dearly.

You can truly rate a hotel not when everything is fine but when issues happen (and they will). We had asked for bedding for my son who would sleep on the sofa but when we got to the room we found they weren't adequate. I called the front desk to complain, they promised to take action, then I got an apology call from the duty manager, and they swiftly arranged for our request.

First of all this property was good and spacious. Easily 6 or more people can accommodate. It was a complete apartment with 3 bedrooms and a lounge and kitchen. Best for those who cannot afford hotels near Haram during peak season. You have to compromise some of your prayers but good thing is that you have car and you can move around easily. There are some shops and restaurants nearby and access to Ring road is easy. The apartment shown on booking.com was different to actual apartment but inside ambiance was more or less same.

Hotels don't come more special than this amazing place. The historic building has entertained the likes of Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, Princess Diana at al. Accommodation is mainly in a modern building 50 metres away with spectacular views of the Nile. Staying here is expensive but the experience justifies it.

Awesome place. Excellent service. Delicious and varied breakfasts. Clean rooms. Very beautiful area. 3 swimming pools: for adults, for children and for toddlers. The hotel has its own beach. 24-hour gym, hammam. Attentive and friendly staff. They did everything to ensure that we enjoyed our vacation. We were happy to spend 7 days at this hotel. Thank you very much!

Excellent choice for accommodation near Abu Dhabi exhibition centre. Quite compared to other hotels because only breakfast buffet was served. Other meals were served at the adjacent Rotana hotel. Spacious room. We were upgraded when we checked in, late, after the evenung event.
