Good service and clean and good water

Great location, not too crowded. The facility is good, and the staff is excellent. Requested a late check out and was extended immediately.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m in town. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

Everything!!! quite, very clean, staff are super friendly, and helpful, perfect location, there is a resturant and store just outside the exit.

room is big and clean, goods the value of the rent.

Very nice hotel, very clean and value for money

Perfect hotel and perfect area

An extremely disappointing experience. The place was filthy, with the smell of smoke everywhere. The bathroom was shared and dirty, and nothing like the photos. Having to share a bathroom was bad enough. The rooms were dirty bachelor accommodation, and the doors were broken. The property owner was unresponsive, leaving you to find your way around on your own. Everything about this place was terrible. Booking.com should remove this property from its listings. It is deeply disappointing to find accommodation in such a condition in Saudi Arabia. Where is the oversight?

Evrything is clean , all we need is offered i loved staying there

Nice clean hotel, employees are professional and helpful. Especially mohammad alomry from the reception was most kind and helpful.

The staff is fabulous 😍 The front desk was very cooperative, hospitable, and welcoming. The Cleaning team was highly trained, and very keen to details. The apartment itself was fully equipped.

A great hotel in the best area in Riyadh. Very comfortable, very clean, great prime location, modern, free parking, a lot of nearby restaurants and cafes plus the high end brand shops.

The location and room space were excellent. The reception team was very professional, especially Mohamed, who supported me throughout the entire visit.
