Everything is great The building is fully secured. The apartment is stunning, spacious & super clean. All amenities are provided with extras that are not on mind. The hospitality is noticeable in everything in the apartment, even in the messages asking about our stay & if we need anything else. I’m thankful & definitely will book with this host again whenever I plan for my next visit to Riyadh

I had a genuinely wonderful stay from the moment I arrived until check-out. I travel quite a lot and have stayed at many different hotels over the years, but this was honestly one of the experiences that stood out and will be hard to forget. The staff were fantastic throughout the stay — always welcoming, professional and genuinely helpful. The reception team were always available whenever I needed, and their attitude made a real difference. The cleanliness throughout the hotel and in my room was also excellent, which added a lot to the overall comfort of the stay. The breakfast was very good, and I especially loved the outdoor smoking area — it’s honestly unmatched and a great place to sit and relax. The gym, pool and spa facilities were also excellent. I really appreciated the long opening hours, from 6:30am to 11:00pm, as it gives you the flexibility to exercise or unwind even when you have a busy day. Another nice touch was that the Guest Relations Supervisor reached out to me after check-out to ask about my stay, collect my feedback, and genuinely inquire if there was anything they could improve. I really appreciated this follow-up. It showed that the hotel doesn’t just care about the guest experience while you’re there, but also wants to learn from it afterwards — definitely a plus in my book. The hotel’s location is another big advantage, being conveniently close to the airport as well as metro stations, making getting around very easy. Overall, everything was excellent, from the service and attention to detail to the cleanliness, comfort and hospitality. You can really feel that the team cares about their guests, and that made my stay feel special. Thank you sincerely for such a lovely experience. I’ll definitely remember this stay with great appreciation, and I hope it won’t be my last visit. ❤️
