It’s a bit old and the maintenance is just fair. I had a leakage in the bathroom and the whole floor got wet.

I like that this hotel has spacious beachfront balcony view rooms and at night you have lots of eating options across the street. Overall you're near the beach and the airport. There is RioMar Shopping mall less than 15 minutes away.

Comfortable and clean, it provided everything we needed for an overnight stay. Friendly service from the staff. Convenient parking.

I like everything about the hotel. Great location and very comfortable. Friendly staff! Too many screaming kids but it was Easter Weekend so I understand that. Still fun! Antonio is awesome!

Gorgeous property with incredibly lovely, warm staff. Only stayed for one night as we were headed to a wedding the next day but could have easily spent much longer. Rooms were fabulous and the pool was very relaxing. Breakfast excellent too!

The GPS GOOGLE, MAP, and WAZE: they are all wrong, I had to ask several times until I found the HOTEL. The direction of the hotel is not correct, the location devices send the cars more than 1 mile away from the real place. I have already communicated with the HOTEL REAL PRAIA, several times, and they have not fixed this yet. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS

The location of the hotel is right on the street across from a long stretch of brushland leading to the beach. I could see the ocean from my room, but even though it's as close as you can get, the ocean's still a fair distance away. Although a little small, I appreciated the pool. The breakfast was decent, and the people there greeted me each day. In general, the staff at the hotel are friendly and nice.

Great staff, location, and breakfast! Next visit I plan to stay here again because the beach is walking distance with restaurants nearby.
