Everything was excellent! Great staff, beautiful clean room, great breakfast.

I am not a breakfast person but it a great service to some guests.

Super close to TD venue, attached to small mall with food court. Clean and felt safe in an otherwise sketch area

Pleasant Stay experience . Everything about this hotel is excellent and I see a lot of attention paid to details. All their facilities are in excellent condition and staff were kind and alway attend to our request with a smile

Breakfast, beds, staff, parking and the room size.

I honestly think this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. In recent years I've stayed in a lot of the highly commercialised chain hostels, and nothing against them (a bed's a bed), but this is such a refreshing change from that -- you can tell the love that's gone into every aspect of the design in this place. The owners are so kind and clearly love/know the area well. I got a heads-up from them about a nearby street festival that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, and suffice to say was thoroughly grateful for it! Hamilton would've just been a quick overnight stop for me otherwise, but I ended up changing my train times just to stay there longer and appreciate the city. There's a guest-curated map of local highlights, there are board games and books galore, it's small enough to be friendly rather than overwhelming -- this whole place feels like a true ode to community. And they have guinea pigs!

Super friendly host and accommodating! Great experience every time I've stayed. No complaints!

It was safe. It was clean. There was no infestations. The washroom was good too.

really nice and clean property would definitely stay again

I was able to do an early check-in. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable.

Clean. New, customer service amazing

Beautiful modern rooms great location

We were very happy with the apartment. Very comfortable and clean. So much better than a hotel! Communication with the host was amazing.

The kitchen was cute and cozy. The balcony was nice and relaxing. Parking was easy. The apartment itself felt like a cute little home for my partner and I.

This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable with every service and amenity you might need. It is near downtown and public local and regional transportation. The hosts are very responsive and although they send automated messages you can call or write on the app to get a reply.

It was nice and clean and had all amenities

they are very friendly and the place i have nothing to say its clean and quiet....
