The suite was amazing and the in-room beakfast was really good. I hope I could have the chance to stay an extra night but I had a flight to catch. I ordered the burger from the restaurant through room service at it was superb. Staff made halloween competition pumpkins was a really fun touch.

This place was a home away from home. Clean Cozy and comfy. Also it is fully equipped washer dryer stove microwave coffee maker ect... The kitchen came stocked with some basic items that was quite convenient and appreciated.Quick drive to all main Niagara attractions. Supermarkets restaurants just walking distance away. Our host response was almost immediate to any questions we had. The kids appreciated the little patio set☃️ they played in the snow while we still got to supervise them. Will definitely be returning. 😊😊😊😊

We had the Family Suite and it was great! It was during the heatwave over Canada Day and the suite was beautifully cool. Beds were very comfy, there was extra bedding, pillows and towels. Everything was spotless. We shared a kitchenette with the other room on the second level, and everyone respected the rules. I loved having a fridge because I need to bring a lot of my own food due to allergies and there was lots of room there. One parking spot was provided free. They are close to the concert and fireworks site so we were able to walk there and not have to find a crazy overpriced parking spot. Absolutely recommend this establishment and I hope it's available next time we come to Niagara Falls! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

There’s something special about this B&B that keeps us coming back. This was our second visit, and we’re already planning the next. The house is warm, inviting, and so peaceful. Karen’s breakfasts are outstanding, and she always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. She’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful. We honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

We had such a beautiful stay at Ellis House Bed & breakfast. We were made to feel welcomed right away. The flower gardens are beautiful, as is the interior of the house's. The breakfast was delicious and you had four options to pick from. Our apartment was spacious and the bed was wonderful. Had two really good night sleeps. We were close to everything. Went to see Keith Urban and he did not disappoint. We can't thank you enough for making our time so enjoyable. We will be back 😀 oh and our own parking spot with no added cost.

If Mr. Tommy would be in every hotel, nobody would rent an apartment. He is a GREAT GUY, knows his job right to his finger tips, so kind, very helpful, very professional yet meek. He is a very humble and wonderful Manager. The BEST I have seen! Oasis Hotel deserves a 10/10 star rating largely because of Mr. Tommy. I will recommend this place again and again. I travelled solo, for a conference. I needed a comfortable and clean place to sleep and keep my luggage, and no frills of a typical hotel as I would not be spending a lot of my waking hours there. The location was great - quiet and slightly away from the bustling area near the falls, but still only a 10 minute walk away. The bed was comfortable, room was big and clean, and I had all I needed for staying 5 nights. The wifi worked well for video calling everyday, and I was very happy.

Fake advertising, hotel was not as advertised on photo. Instead it was on a motel on a parking lot close by. Popcorn ceiling, beyond dated. The property also added 100 $ in addition charges. I will stop using Booking.com. Too many properties that are ending being horrible and not as advertised.

This is my second stay at that hotel and honestly I still have the same opinion. It's a really good value for money. The Jacuzzi/hot tub is sooo relaxing. Check-in and Check-out was so fast and smooth. The pool is small but clean which is good. The mattresses were really comfy to sleep on. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

I didn’t expect that such a brand hotel can build such a hole in the wall rooms. When we enter room we look at it in disbelieve that room without window, no sorry it was a pick hole in the wall at the back of the corner of the room - what a joke When I ask for different normal room didn’t have any, Offer it for staff accommodation - not for guests. This is not yet 3rd World country.

Stayed here for roughly 3 weeks. Staff were super friendly and helpful! They even extended my stay no problem! You can sleep easily at night and hotel is in a great area. Within walking distance to the Falls, dining and Tim's right around the corner. Rooms are clean, stocked and if you need anything, they're happy to get it for you. Will be back in January!!!
