Very nice Breakfast and very comfortable rooms.

Great location, close to shops, banks, grocery store, Tim Hortons, Starbucks...etc. The hotel personal was very nice and very accommodating. The rooms and common areas are all super clean.

Very good location to visit the main interest places. The room was very comfortable with a kitchen inside and parking for the car

All good. Staff are helpful and understanding!

Clean and mordern. Nice decor. Location is perfect.

Completely exceeded my expectations, we had a room with living room, bathroom, complete kitchen including kitchenware and sleeping room. Very comfortable and in place with many options for restaurants. Around 15min drive to Ottawa city center.

The Lord Elgin Hotel is a classic and charming old school hotel close to the sites, restaurants and coffee shops in Ottawa. We've stayed at the Lord Elgin Hotel a few times when seeing family in the area and always have a lovely stay here.

Free parking, free breakfast, pool. And very clean and big.

Location; amenities; excellent and helpful staff

We ate one dinner there. The waitress we had on a Wednesday night was exceptionally friendly and great to interact with.

Great clean place to stay in an excellent location close to highways to get anywhere in minutes. Breakfast was very good. We will stay again foe sure.

Great location, clean place, and easy check-in and check-out!

We love the breakfast and staff. Breakfast has a lot of food and the fruits are very fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful, our flights were in the afternoon so we left our bags in the hotel and added another trip to Ottawa city, on our way back to Days Inn, it was raining and it had a traffic, but the shuttle driver was there waiting for us on time. We very appreciated the front desk service and the driver. They are the best!

Pool facilities were very clean

I liked the central location and proximity. The breakfast we had on the final day was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay. Hope to return again.

We were there with a large group and liked it very much. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was convenient. The whole hotel was beautiful and clean, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The food was good. The location was very convenient. We visited for a ski marathon, and this was the best place to stay. There was everything we needed, including laundry facilities.

Loved the staff, the hotel is gorgeous and super located. The restaurant was amazing.

The room was very huge, staff was very nice and helpful.

There is a nice place and location. There are some coffee stores and places to eat around, in 5mins walk distance. There is a reception working late hours, we came late around 9 and got a key without problem. There is a pet friendly building and was easily stay with a dog. Apartment isn't too big, but comfy for couple nights. Everything was clean and organized. We had an issue with conditioner, it was a bit cold inside the room, but we asked about help on the reception around midnight and technician came in a few minutes and fixed. Comfy private parking behind the building. I'd like to stay here again.

Everyone is nice, professional, guests mostly down to earth... Great idea for housing, traveling, or just stuck in a bind... Great experience all around

Great location. Amazing room. Good gym. Smart choice.
