Lodgings in Shenzhen

It was great hotel. Good location, stuff, nice room. We booked breakfast but there were nice mid day snacks and also in the evening if you were hungry. Overall price/value of the hotel is great.

The F&B manager made my stay absolutely fabulous. She introduced me to the the world of the hot pot and showed me the entire restaurant and the vast choice on offer of the buffet dinner. Such a lovely person and a perfect English speaker.

Room was big and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed with good linen. Loved the shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was great with an elaborate spread of food to satisfy even the fussiest eater. Food was replenished very quickly. The breakfast area was very efficiently managed considering how busy it was over the weekend. The Staff at the hotel were so pleasant and polite.

I particularly enjoyed the view of the Room and the amenities. Kiki from the reception was very courteous and welcoming and greeted us whenever she sees us at the lounge or at the vicinity of the hotel. Lumi was also very kind and helpful with our luggage storage.

Everything was excellent. The rooms were generous and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

In room amenities and floor layout. Room was much larger than anticipated. Good water pressure in the shower. WC is equipped with an electronic bidet with seat warmer. Great breakfast selection, and even though we stayed for a week there was enough variety on a daily basis to keep it interesting with healthy choices and clearly marked allergy notices for each dish served. Good coffee and breakfast tea. Quiet neighborhood and no construction/noise. Some rooms overlook the golf course. My room overlooked a school/ running track and residential buildings. Full payment for the entire stay was collected at check-in and I paid with a non-China credit card with no issues. Daily room service provided housekeeping and fresh towels. In-house washing machine and dryer provided but you will need the Alipay app to use them. Washing detergent is already included in the washing machine with no manual handling or additional cost. It was around ¥30 for a 30+ minute wash and another ¥30 for a 45 minute dry cycle. Laundry room is located on level 9 on besides the restaurant entrance.

Overall, The Langham, Shenzhen is a perfect choice for business travelers, combining luxury, convenience, and outstanding service to create a truly memorable and stress-free stay.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, with an incredible variety of options. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Room was nice. It was clean and spacious. The location was very good. The breakfast was included and good. They also had free tea in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wo she meiguoren.

Upgrade of the room to deluxe, the room of which is very spacious, and the location is near futian city centre.

Amazing stay in Shenzhen! The apartment we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed, making it feel like a real home away from home. The rooftop pool with its stunning views was unforgettable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We also loved the entertainment facilities, the game room and golf simulator were the best! On top of that, the location was perfect for exploring the city. Truly a wonderful hotel experience, we’d love to come back.

It was very clean , comfortable and well maintained, and aesthetically beautiful plus functional. Plenty of storage, well equipped kitchen and amenities. Connected to mall entrance was another highlight. The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean and quite functional with some storage space, kettle, basic disposable sanitary items such as toothbrushes,toothpaste, hair comb, shampoo, shower gel etc. Breakfast was included too, with a big variety of different dishes to choose from. To my surprise the hotel also had a rest room on the top floor that includes a gym, play room, study area, library and all of this with an amazing view. The stuff didn’t speak very good English but nonetheless they were doing everything to help and were very friendly. Overall a perfect stay with nothing to complain about at all.
