Lodgings in Bischofswiesen

Breakfast was delicious with many offerings. staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Location was excellent- close to Bertchesgaden but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and spacious, bathroom was large. The beer garden next door was an added bonus.

beautiful scenery from the room and shared space. quiet and very comfortable bed.

Peter and his family are super kind people who want you to have a great time. The views from the property are stunning. The balconies are lovely, the wifi works well, the bed is comfortable, and it is incredibly quiet at night. Breakfast is excellent. Young families really seem to love it here. Close, easy drive to all major hikes and restaurants. ** DO NOT turn on Am Wegsheid per Apple Maps (the road is horrendous). Instead, follow Vogelberg to Am Unterholz.

Apartment is very clean, spacious, cozy and comfortable. Convenient kitchen with all what you need and little more. Big living room for big family or company. Billiard is special satisfaction)))

Beautifully nested between the mountains

Absolutely exceeded our expectations in all areas! Very clean and comfortable. The location was spectacular. We all wished we had more time to spend there!

Very homey feeling and comfy stay

The hotel is the highlight of our Europe trip. It's located above the town, but the extravagant view of the snowy mountain makes it worthwhile. The staff are so lovely with great support. The restaurant is unique, with Michelin guide recommendations. The view is specular. We love this place and hope to be back there again.

One couldn't do better than a stay with this lovely family. Breakfast was outstanding and the accommodations perfect for our family. Adults enjoyed the spectacular scenery with a variety of beverages from the self-serve kitchen while the children were enchanted with the animals, outstanding playground, and variety of toys. Even our new puppy was pleased. Gemütlichkeit!

The location in the mountains is very lovely. The house is also very cute, a quintessential mountain house. The host was so nice and helpful.

Great location. Nicely updated apartment. Great location, close to Berchtesgaden.

The apt is beautifully furnished with everything you need. Perfect for friends gathering or family trips.

Perfect location, clean and beautiful

Alpengasthof Götschenalm is a family-run outfit located on the outskirts of Bischofswiesen. It's close to all the sites: Berchtesgaden, Königssee Lake, and the salt works in Bad Reichenhall. There are also easy and more difficult trails for hikers in the area. The Gasthof itself is comfortable, clean, provides a good breakfast spread, and offers decent hot meals in the evening (a la carte). The lower floor is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is free. It's a typical Alpine Gasthof, especially good for families with children. We visited in the summer. In the skiing season, the lift up the slopes is right next door.

Beautiful location, clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice staff

Locations was perfect. The view from the windows was awesome. The full apartment was very comfortable for a family. Could easily stay here for a few months. Found parking 4 minutes away for $8 a day.

Host and hostess were very kind. Breakfast was good enough. The 3 menu dinner was excellent. We had 2 dinners during 2-night stays. Quiet and peaceful place. Wonderful scenery with a cup of coffee from the terras. I enjoyed Sauna. Wonderful. Host gave us bus cards for city transportation.

Good location, kind staff, comfortable and clean

Wonderful stay in one of the most beautiful places in Germany.

Everything was so perfect! Amazing place, house!
