The parking and the store near the hotel

Convenient for a family of 4. Although the place is little bit far from the city still good location and easy to find. Cozy and very clean but I advise for the housekeeping to put plastic bag on the bin. It’s Budget friendly and we enjoy the breakfast selection. We’re definitely coming back again🤗

I liked the location being away from Munich. It is in a village with several restaurants nearby along with a platform to the U bahn that is within a 10 minute walk. Electric car charging station and a small kiosk vendor who sells pastries, sausages and eggs in the small strip mall attached to the apartments.

The locations owner was super friendly, and offered us drinks and snacks when we arrived and still had to wait for our room to be cleaned (we asked the owner and the snacks in the front area of the building were for free, they were especially good for late nights, since there’s no open stores at night nearby). Contacting the Owner was no problem as well (we weren’t sure how to check in when we arrived and tried to call the owner, he called back shortly). The public transportation was easy to reach by foot in 15 min (Station: Feldkirchen), so there’s no need for a car. There’s two grocery stores nearby and also a small bakery. Munich is a very expensive city in my opinion, and this was just right for my budget.

The hotel was sufficient and the price was reasonable. It was the staff that sets this place apart, and by staff I mean Max. He was there to greet us when we arrived and was there every time we needed anything, day or night. He went above and beyond and his demeanor and professionalism is A+.

The staff was so welcoming. And the hotel is beautiful. Rooms are big and comfy and the breakfast was terrific.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating during my stay. I did have one problem accessing my room and they immediately resolved the issue.

Immaculately clean and an outstanding breakfast provided daily. The facility is excellent and only exceeded by the warm, gracious and kind welcome extended by the owners. Very quiet location and extremely comfortable rooms and bathroom assure a good sleep and an overall great stay!

Very clean, very good price compared to other’s, free parking on the road, close to a beautiful Park, backery literally next door, the small kitchen sabes us a lot of costa as Munic is super expensive. Great communication!

A well equipped apartment even for two people there was enough space even though we requested two separate beds. There was everything we needed for making breakfast, coffee and tea, etc. The apartment is close to two metro stations and it is easy to commute to the Munich old town in 30-40 minutes.

The apartment is simple and clean. I was there for work and the location was convenient. The kitchen is small but okay. The bathroom is quite nice.
