We booked this hotel last minute as our connecting flight was cancelled. Everything about the hotel was fine. The rooms perhaps seem smaller than the pictures and had a lot of furniture. Aircon was OK. 24/7 reception and we were able to book this within minutes, so thankful for that. Bed was comfy and the apartment was clean.

It has been a great opportunity to spend a part of our alpine vacation in this apartment - it is so beautiful, warm, with a lovely view to mountains. It is perfectly equipped with everything necessary and very nicely decorated!

Nice accommodation for our overnight stay on the way home, location is probably not the greatest, but the hotel was very nice, with clean, modern rooms, good shower, good wifi, shopping mall across the street and several restaurants in the same building (including Five Guys :-)

It has a great design, it’s comfortable, beds are excellent quality and are fit for most people to get a comfortable sleep.
The doors are noise cancelling and it’s rare to hear any noise at all. I stayed at a very busy time. Shower/ bathroom had all the good basics and was super clean and spacious. The hotel is super close to tram 21 and that’s east to catch and walking distance to a shopping / grocery store and cafes. Quiet area a bit more residential.
Staff were excellent and helpful.

Nice apartment complex in the suburbs of Munich. The apartments are modern, reasonably spacious. The beds are comfortable and the douche/toilet are clean and working properly. Friendly personnel.
Quiet neighborhood, the bus station that goes to U-bahn is just 100 meters away (they are building an U-bahn station nearby). Free parking is on the street next to the accommodation.

We stayed for just one night on the way from Prague to Switzerland. I can say many good words about the hotel: good room, friendly staff, good restaurant, no problems with parking. But what I remember the most is the comfortable bed. I had really great sleep, unusually great (and not because I was tired or something like that - I wasn't :)
If I have a chance to come back, I will for sure.

Great family hotel with many activities and things to do like pool, tennis, ping pong, playground , beer garden etc.
We stayed in an apartment with a kitchenette and enjoyed our breakfasts in the nice eating nook. Nice views of mountains, big balcony.
Great location. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is very close to metro station which is less than 10 minutes from city center (via train U2). Apartment is very neat with amazing view from balcony (surrounded with high trees feels like you are in the middle of some park). Staff is kind and willing to address any question.

Professional and kind staff, very supportive. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed. Good WiFi. Even if the hotel is close to the gas station, and to the road, it is quiet and you can sleep. It is perfect for business if you do not want or need to be in the city center. Very well connected by bus and metro to the center (20 minutes). Breakfast complete: fruit, cereal, salty, bread, good coffee.

The apartment is fantastic. The only bad thing was that the owner stays in the lower portion of the same house. This makes it a little bit more controlled environment. You have to take care of other too much and the enjoyment, you would like to do during your vacation cannot be made and the feelings come like you are not at vacations.

I like the hotel as it has very comfortable beds, luggage storage, nice receptionists. It was quiet during my stay so I didn’t hear anything, which is great if you’re a light sleeper. Keep in mind that you can also take a train to the airport, not only bus. The train station is in 7 mins walk from the hotel, it gets you right to the airport in 5 mins. And be careful with the bus, in the morning it can be a rush hour and can get stuck in traffic for a while.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Our apartment coincided to the photos. Kochel itself was cosy and picturesque. The Kochel Am Seeis within walking distance. Those who wish can also visit Kristall Therme Trimini. Who are interested in painting of the early 20th century, I advise you to visit the Museum Franz Marc. You can also reach by car or bus the beautiful Walchensee.
