New hotel. Comfortable sized room. Live the dark design. Basic and good for a short stay. Bug spacious bathroom.

Staff were very friendly, entire hotel was clean and well-kept, air conditioning was perfect for the very hot weather, we were 5 minutes' walk to the main train station, the breakfast was lovely. We could leave our luggage in a secure room on arrival prior to check in and after check out before departure.

The hotel is very well-located in central Rosenheim, a lovely mid-sized city half-way between Munich and Salzburg. My room was a comfortable single-occupancy room with the odd addition of a separate, private bathroom two doors and about 10 yards (or meters) away from the bedroom operated with the same key. The breakfast was well worth the 12 euros extra as the room was a great value. Many sights and lots of dining options nearby.

It was a traditional Bavarian hotel with beautiful carved wood etchings. The food was amazing large portions, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely book this hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible guesthouse in the picturesque village of Neubeuern, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Served fresh each morning, the spread included locally sourced ingredients, hearty bread, delicious cheeses, and the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. It was the perfect way to start the day. The location is unbeatable. Nestled in a serene and idyllic part of Neubeuern, it’s just a short walk to the charming town center and conveniently located near hiking trails and other attractions. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active adventure, this guesthouse provides the ideal base. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the attentive and friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and activities in the area. I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough. If you’re visiting Neubeuern or the surrounding region, this is the place to stay. It’s an absolute gem and one I look forward to returning to in the future.

The Hirzinger-Gasthaus and Hotel is a magical place that our family found to be relaxing and peaceful, full of and surrounded by spaces to enjoy. We’ll always remember the comfort of coming back to the Hotel each evening for a wonderful dinner, and starting each day with an amazing breakfast. The staff was unbelievable.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect. A bus stop is a few steps away. You can even walk to a little lake with a small area to sit down and have a refreshing drink. The breakfast at the hotel is top notch! From fresh rolls to cereal to scrambled eggs…. Something for everyone and fresh! The attached restaurant has an excellent menu and the food is absolutely delicious. The staff is very professional and friendly. I definitely would stay here again!

Inexpensive but clean and spacious, even in my single room. TV worked great, which is not always the case in hotels 4x the price. Common kitchen and dining and laundry facilities were a pleasant surprise, even though I didn't have time to use them. Mini fridge in the room was also nice.

The location is a bit outside, so you'd need to take public transport to reach the center (but there is a station directly in front of the building)

A very cozy and comfortable stay. Easy to find, and had all amenities one might need. Due to the hotel being a non-contact hotel with no staff on site, an online check-in is in use. The check-in process was super simple and easy to use. Door codes worked on the first try. Some miner problems came up in the room (loose bolt on a night light as well as a light fixture in the bathroom with a burnt out light). Contacted the phone support, who was eager to take all the information regarding that matter to get it fixed ASAP. Absolutely loved that response. The wifi is fast and reliable. Perfect for if you have to work, take voice calls, or just want to stream some Netflix. The kitchen part of the room was clean and ready to be used. Plates, cups, pots, pans, cutlery, and knives are available on site. The fridge is bigger than your standard hotel fridge, even including a small freezer section. The bed was very comfortable. On the bed, a lavender spray was left to perfume pillows, which I think added a nice scent for a great sleeping experience. Thanks to the property itself being pretty much exactly in the city center, you'll find everything you need. A bus stop right around the corner, bakeries, grocery stores, Cafés and multiple restaurants are in walking distance. (2-5 minutes at most). Finding a parking spot was fine with a few parking spots right outside the building, All in all, I'd be happy to book a room again!

It's a cute and spacious house. The rooms were plenty and there were useful facilities. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean.
