big room. good breakfast. Great location. Easy parking, right under the hotel.

Great location. Roof top bar was great. All staff were very helpful

Best breakfast around. Staff was beyond friendly. Parking was secure and easy.

Very clean and quiet and perfect location

We only stayed there for one night and everything was perfect. Very nice location, clean and comfortable room. The hotel also had an indoor pool, which was open until late evening. The breakfast was amazing too!

Everything including wonderful breakfast on the top floor; bike room

The location outside the city allowed for quiet relaxation.

The staff, especially Melanie is very accommodating and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the food (breakfast) was really nice. Worth the price of 17 euros per pax

Modern boutique hotel in Ulm. Very modern, funky & fun decor and comfortable public spaces. Room was small, but had everything you need for a stay, including a small desk for working. Bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower that had a place to put soap/shampoo (I always appreciate this!) and towel heater. Beds were very soft (I prefer soft beds) and really comfortable. Breakfast was really good, with a hot selection (eggs/bacon) and a lot of other choices (meats/cheeses, fruit, cereal, veg, etc.). Only think I missed was good decaf coffee (but they had Karo & a selection of teas). Staff was very friendly! Elevator building. About 10 mins. walk from public transport (bus/tram). I'd definitely stay again.

great location, clean quiet room, great parking

I always enjoy staying at this hotel! It’s affordable, clean, and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walk from local markets and historical sites, with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. I’ve had great experiences here and truly appreciate the value and convenience it offers. I will definitely continue to stay here and give them my business. Highly recommended! ❤️

This was exactly a hotel I was looking for when I wanted to stay away from downtown. A quiet cozy place in a village with a local restaurant serving typical foods. The people are friendly. A small hotel but really worth for stay and value for money with clean room and nice sauna which made me comfortable after long drive. I will surely recommend to anyone who visit this area. And I shall come back if having any chance

Room cleaning and beds, restaurant

The restaurant located at the property was excellent.

Loved the decor in this cozy historical guest house! Check in was very easy and the man was very gracious and friendly. Rooms appear to have recently been updated and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed an excellent supper and breakfast and the service was also outstanding.

A great location, clean, quiet. The city center of Ulm is easy to reach by public transportation. A large room with comfortable beds, nice and clean. A nice shower. A coffee maker is available in the room.

Owner and people working there, cleanliness and spacious rooms

Hotel is in a great location right by the cathedral. Check-in could be confusing as it is in actually in the Spresso bar downstairs. (Coffee and cornettos in this cafe are actually delicious! Go try it) Room is very big and modern with a Dyson fan/hairdryer and a good size refrigerator. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. Highly recommend!

The property was great, our room was cozy and the people were very kind. The breakfast was amazing!!

We were so central to everything! Truly! You could walk everywhere from here! So loved that!

Very nice hotel, at a great location.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean, room was stylish and comfortable. The small kitchen had everything I needed, the terrace offered a great view. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Very close by foot to city center. Comfy beds.

room is ideal for stopover to our holiday address, very good price quality ratio. host provides clear information for check-in, directions and tips in the area. small room, but very convenient with shower/bathroom and coffee/tea maker and most important it is clean.

The personnel was welcoming and agreeable. The room was small but very cozy and we could find everything what needed. There was protected parking. The breakfast was delicious and with various options.

Beautiful location on the lake and close to Danube river walk and on beautiful park grounds. Amazing views from the room. Perfect location, close to center of Ulm just 15 min away by tram. Wonderful breakfast. Serene atmosphere. Would love to return again.

Wonderful location, close to the highway but in a quiet neighborhood. Good parking and very comfortable room We booked the hotel last minute and arrived past midnight, which was no problem because of the 24h reception. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location. 2 steps from the Cathedral
