Exceptional Stay – Felt Like Our Dream Home This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. The property is spotless, luxurious, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, with everything you need close by. Room service was fast, convenient, and reliable, and every facility we needed was readily available. The best way to describe this place is that it feels like living in your dream home—comfortable, elegant, and relaxing. We originally booked for just one night, but after experiencing the property, we immediately extended our stay and ended up spending the rest of our vacation here. That alone says everything about how much we loved it. Highly recommended. It will definitely be our first choice the next time we visit Cairo.

It was one of the best hotels in Cairo! ♥️ I stayed 10 days with my family at Zone Residence and everything was amazing in the best, unexpected way. Yousef was absolutely incredible, one of the best staff members I’ve ever met. Highly recommended ♥️

The host was extremely responsive and helpful, he went to great lengths to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. The compound was very secure, we felt safe and without any worries. The facilities were wonderful, and very family friendly. We used the pool daily, and there were lifeguards present which also made us feel safe and relaxed. There were tables, chairs, and umbrellas available poolside, which was also a big plus. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very functional for our family. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were immaculate, there were plenty of towels, and the towels/linens were high quality. The air conditioning was wonderful, especially after a hot day in the desert. We utilized the kitchen and the washing machine, and were very happy with all the features of the property. The host informed us about a delivery app which we utilized frequently, and it was very useful! Would highly recommend to stay, it was a flawless experience and perfect for our family!

Very nice stay in Arabella Residence Hotel in Cairo. Location is very good and many things close by like restaurants and shops. Reception team was very helpful and friendly always. Room was super clean and I got the room with balcony which was very nice to sit outside. Breakfast also was good and served in the outside garden which make the morning very relaxing.
