The facility is very clean and well maintained, with all amenities up to date and brand-new furniture. The staff were exceptional especially Rawan, Abrar, and Sarah at the front desk who handled every request with care and a genuine smile. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m in Amman.

The staff is very professional and helpful, open 24hrs, restaurant with a beautiful view over Amman, 10-15 min walk from main sites and restaurants area. Rooms have storage and curtains, beds are comfortable, hot shower, kitchen is good and they provide tours with a reasonable priceand many tips or recommendations about the city, food etc. There are also many tables, great if you need to work (Internet is good) Highly recommend.

The hospitality, staff, cleanliness, location

I simply felt at home. Adel Raafat and Omar were amazingly friendly and supportive, each in his own way. I felt that I was part of their family. The location, reception, the care and attention to details, the cleanliness and tidiness. The drawings on the wall. The plants in the backyard. Every little detail tells a part of the story. It was just what I needed. And the first morning there was enough for me to know that I’ll be choosing Sydney Hotel every time I visit Amman. It’s my home there.

Had a great stay. The property is brand new, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the airport, which made traveling much easier. Everything was well organized and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.
