Oribar was wonderful! The staff is very kind. Spacious rooms, very clean. There are fruits, tea, coffee, and snacks available 24 hrs. There is a view of a green area with donkeys. The breakfast was absolutely great: not too many items, but everything was at a very high quality.

The location is perfect! You are on the top of a hill and can see the town and ocean. It is quiet and very relaxing. The owners are the sweetest people and were very helpful with recommendations. It is a bit of a steep drive to get there but it is very worth every bit. We were able to sit outside for our breakfast and looking out over the valley was ideal. We felt like part of their family. The room was very comfortable and a fan provided which was much needed during the heat wave.

What a find! Hotel Gaintza is a hotel and winery located in the countryside next to the Camino de Compostela northern route. Vineyards surround this beautiful establishment. One can take a tour of the winery and vineyards with wine and food tastings for a reasonable fee. It was an absolutely wonderful stay.

This hostel isn’t the cleanest or most comfortable, but it’s campy and very fun. The dysfunction adds to the whole fun of it. This hostel was so much fun, it feels like adult summer camp. The staff was cool and fun. You’ll want to extend your trip just for this. There’s a schedule of things to do at all times.

Very spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable and also vey well equipped. Serene and quiet location in the hills above Orio with great views (the one lane road leading up to Arbela was a bit scary at first but we quickly got used to it). Our hosts were very friendly, proactive and accessible, and provided a lot of useful information. Shops, restaurants, and beach are 10 minutes away by car in Orio. San Sebastian is an easy 25 minutes trip by train also from Orio.

The apartment lays in a beautiful and quiet area. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners on the balcony in the shadow (it was hot! So the shadow was nice). The apartment itself was like it is styled for a magazine ;) and it had everything we needed.

Great breakfast with freshly baked bread, pastries, home made jam and much more. Beautiful country side environment. Moreover, staff members were very friendly and super helpful. We highly recommend this place.

The inn is located on the top of a hill and the views from there are just immaculate. There were also gorgeous horses and kitties at the property. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled really nice. The communal area was also clean and well stocked to make some simple meals. The bed was comfy and spacious for two people. Other guests were quiet and respectful as well. An amazing stay
