Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional.

Big and clean room. Warm (air conditioning working great), comfy mattress, large bathroom. 30 minutes max by foot to the beach. Great location for me since I needed to be close to the Bus Station (the one for buses that come and go outside the City) - basically, I got out of the hotel and I was there. They have great coffee at the bar, don't miss it! And great value for money.

The location was amazing, hotel was clean, comfortable and the views were amazing. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful especially with my mum who had mobility issues.

Everything was really good, it totally met the expectations, plus the location is great. The only downside is that the jacuzzi/hot tub is for the extra cost, which I wasn’t able to read while booking. Other then that 10/10

We really loved it, I truly recommend this, there was a world's dance and one thing that we didn't really like was the dinner, we paid 25€ and just ate Spaghetti, so it's up to the taste of everyone

Fantastic! This camping trip exceeded our expectations. It's the most luxurious camping we have ever visited and also it's the most entertaining one. I really enjoyed the evening animation activities by Juan Carlos, he made our stay really unforgettable. We will definitely come back

Perfect sea front location. Very comfortable clean apartment. Had everything we needed. Home from home. This is the second time we've stayed at the carabellas and will definitely booking this apartment again.

The view from the balcony is exquisitely beautiful The apartment provides all required facilities for a relaxing stay The check-in and check out processes were quite flexible, the lady who passed me the keys were quite nice with introductory instructions The apartment is located on the 18th floor providing spectacular view of everything, including the sea It is also close to the surrounding bars, restaurants and the beach, just a walking distance

The balcony view was great, nothing better than watching the beach at night. Really like the design of the rooms. The stuff was really nice and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. Room big and clean, good quality for products in the bathroom, the view from level 18 was amazing. Food was ok, not the best, but a lot of choices for all tastes. Staff were very nice and helpful. What truly made the difference was the divertisment team. My 3 years old had a lot of fun with them at kids club, mini disco, Christmas event, and that was more than just create an event, their interaction with the kids was just amazing so, thank you again for everything to Cristina, Pablo and the rest of the team. We hope that we will see you again in the summer.
