Nice outdoor area, but the photos set high expectations Overall, the accommodation is okay, but we expected more based on the photos and description. The photos are technically excellent, although the wide-angle lens makes the interior look much more spacious than it actually is. The listing mentions around 220 m², but much of this is outdoor space; the actual indoor area is roughly 60 m². The outdoor area is definitely the biggest advantage. It is very pleasant, spacious, and nicely arranged, and we really enjoyed spending time there. However, there was an important discrepancy in the listing. We booked as two couples because it stated that there were two bathrooms, but in reality there is one bathroom and one separate toilet, with the toilet only accessible from outside through the courtyard. This should be described more accurately. Cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better — for example, the barbecue had not been cleaned after the previous guests. There is also no air conditioning, and the interior became extremely hot and stuffy on some evenings. The fans helped, but were not enough during hotter weather. Unfortunately, we also encountered cockroaches, including one inside the bedroom. We understand they may be common in the surrounding area and generally on Gran Canaria island due to tropical climate and it's very hard to deal with them, but finding them inside was obviously unpleasant. On the positive side, the owner was friendly, responsive, and helpful. He brought us wine glasses when we asked and provided traps and spray when we reported the cockroach problem. Overall, the property has a lot of potential, mainly thanks to its excellent outdoor area and really good location with decent parking options, but it needs more attention and investment to make it great. Had we known about these issues beforehand, we probably would have chosen different accommodation.

Pretty much everything with the accomodation was perfect. Very clean and big rooms with jacuzzi in the bedroom, amazing view, kitchen and two toilets. A bit remote but there is everyday shuttle to Anfi del Mar (15 min ride) at one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and 5 min taxi to Mogan mall with amazing restaurants.

Nice and tranquil place, away from the tourist areas. Sturdy built bunkbeds with curtains, and no funny smells from the kitchen. Or elsewhere for that matter. Well worth the money.

Very spacious villa. Much bigger than it looks in the photos. Salt water pool is fantastic, everyone loved it! Large hot tub on roof. Luis, the host, cleaned the pool and tub every 3 days. He is such a lovely guy. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Everything that we could have wanted is provided at this villa from toilet rolls to rubbish bags, 2 fridge freezers, large games room, gym, children's games, pool inflatables, toys to take to the beach, lots of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Large, light, airy bedrooms. Toilet, shower rooms with nice body wash and shampoo. Anything else you should want, just ask Luis! Fantastic beaches very close by, Puerto Rico very close. Lovely quiet location!

The apartment had everything you would need for your stay. The location was perfect, near to everything without lots of hills and steps to climb. The pool area was right outside the door and was very quiet, we had it to ourselves most days. Two sunbeds come with the apartment, so no need to get up at silly o'clock to get towels on lol. If we come back here I would come back to this apartment. The owner José was great. He met us there when we arrived and was easy to contact if we needed anything. Thank you José 😊

Excellent apartment equipped with everything you need while on holidays. Upon arrival we were met and given the keys, there is somewhere to park if you have a car. The apartment was very clean. Perfect size for 2 people and the terrace is a bonus. Located in an area that is also residential, great if you prefer a quieter location. Lovely pool, well maintained that is only for residents and wasn't very busy with plenty of sun loungers. Have no hesitation recommending and the host answered any questions we had and was helpful.

The apartment was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed. Some minutes away from the supermarket. The owner was nice to leave us some bubbles and wine in the fridge. The pool was nice with a bar next to it. lots of sunbeds and great view of the ocean. Short driving distance from Mogan and Porto Rico beach.

There is a semi-private patio, easy access to large swimming pool and mini-golf. Apartment has two floors, though stairs could feel a bit narrow and steep. The mall with few nice dining places are about 7 minutes away, but about 200 stair-steps down. It is possible to walk to beach, but that will take some 15 minutes. Easy to get on main highway.

Hotel was amazing, so clean from the rooms to public areas and pool. Selection of food was amazing and very very tasty. We booked a room with an Ocean View and it was beautiful and so worth it. Staff were excellent and so welcoming, helpful and with a smile on the face always. It’s a perfect place to stay with a family. Me and my husband came with 3 year old son and it was quiet, nice and lovely.

location was across the road from the beach, local supermarket,bars and restraunts very close by.Everything we needed was on our doorstep. My partner has minor walking difficullties and he manage around no problem and was very pleased with the apartment and location. Apartment arranged a private transfer to pick us up from airport which was a great service.

We had a really good time at the hotel, the food was amazing, staff really nice and helpful, our room was clean and tidy every day, and the view of the see was amazing. Need to say thank you for the waiters from the dining room, especially to Oliver, Yordanka, Miguel, Pilar that were looking after us all the time, all the time smiling and making sure we were ok, my 2y son was liking them and every time they were cleaning our table my son was saying " thank you " 😊 and " gracias".

Nice apartment, with underground parking. 3 minutes till Puerto Rico beach and 10 minutes walk , with beateful view , till Amadores beach. Near you can find everthing you need. Clean, nice, good apartment
