Bedding / Towels & kitchen with all you would need to prepare and make a meal. The doggy bag was a little different, I have never before had a treat bag for our dog 😊

The staff was fantastic! Our room was comfortable and the bathroom huge. Location is absolutely perfect to walk the old city, as it is just 5 minutes from the cathedral. The Loire river is just across the street!

Excellent location within easy walking distance of the cathedral and other historic sites. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Close to a number of good restaurants. Nice swimming pool and sauna area. And they let our dogs stay with us; there’s a park nearby with bins for disposing waste.

Very clean, room good size for travel overnight stays. Friendly receptionist spoke excellent English. Tea and coffee in hotel room. Secure parking very near the hotel at reasonable €10 for 24 hrs. Near the Cathedral where we attended Easter Vigil Mass. Lots of restaurants around and tourist spots in Orléans.

The room was big enough, with all basic facilities needed. A plus was the fact that it was situated on the ground floor, making our life easier with the luggages (there is no elevator available in this highway-motel-type hotel). We had breakfast included, which came in very handy, as we could start the following travelling & sightseeing day with our 'batteries' recharged. The Swedish buffet type breakfast was decent, with enough options (with French baguette, croissants and pain-au-chocolat included, of course). The frontdesk personnel was very nice and helpful. Another big plus was the availability of a big parking, free of charge, as we were travelling by rented cars.

A charming little hotel just a few blocks from the main train and tram stations and city centre. The staff was friendly and helpful and the attached restaurant was very good.

The receptionist spotted that I was limping and quietly changed the room to a ground floor one without saying anything. Very considerate

A lot of facilities for me traveling alone with two kids. They loved the colouring items they received upon arrival, the pool and the playroom.

The location of the hotel is great, and within reach to all the sights in the city. The room was on the small side for us (2 adults and 2 children) but every inch of the room was used well. Everything was clean and working.
