The breakfast was varied and of high quality. Coffee was wonderful.

Clean room, great breakfast, good proximity to river and historic district friendly staff

nice breakfast, nice staff. Excellent view from 4. floor room. Central

OMG this is a beautiful building and the sympathetic restoration is magnificent. We had a fabulous room with an inner courtyard view but it was creative planting and the building itself made for a delightful outlook. The room itself was spacious with high ceilings great lighting, a really comfortable bed and beautifully designed with everything you could need. It was also very clean and well thought out couldn’t fault it.

The price, the quality and great staff.

Very clean room. Friendly staff

Everything was new and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful , especially Mirela and Corali

The staff were very friendly and helpful! It felt like we were visiting friends. The location is also great - close to the city center and train station. Looking forward to come back to this hotel :)

Super modern, clean, brand new apartment. Everything was perfect. The historic downtown was not too far - we walked there twice. We could have paid to park, but we found free parking on the street a block away in front of the police station. We would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. Clean, quiet and staff is very friendly and flexible. Breakfast was great. Property in walking distance to the old town.

Amazing location, superb value for money, super friendly staff. Astonishing room view of the Rouen cathedral. Secure luggage storage after checkout. Small but well equipped room (kettle, coffee/tea, good heating, hair dryer, table with light, wardrobe).

excellent hotel. staying all the time every year when traveling to Bretagne.

Historical and great location

Breakfast was good, staff was great. Room was really great, enough space to work during a week. Room is also very quiet. Wifi is OK.

Extremely kind and professional staff! Very fast service! Excellent restaurant food and a very respectful and kind lady chef!

Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. I needed help because my husband was in a hospital nearby and I couldn’t speak the language. William and Lola were so helpful and answered so many of my questions.

Sheets were like cream, so soft. The shower and bath were hot. The towels were fresh and fluffy The spa/pool was amazing. The breakfast covered all bases.

It was so close to the city center, the staff was so kind, the place was beautiful

Lovely location very central to everything and a great view out over the courthouse. The staff were very helpful and kept my backpack for me behind the bar in the restaurant, before check-in and after checkout, they also let me check in early. My room was small but tidy and really comfortable. There was very little street noise.

A bit hard to find. Thanks for GPS brought me right here. Very nice upscale hotel. Quiet residential neighborhood

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful! The room size was small and the bathroom was tiny but very efficient. The parking was excellent.Overall stay was Very Good. We would definitely go back!

They went above and beyond with me

The room and secure parking were awesome. We asked the desk lady several questions and she was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions and even added suggestions which was awesome.

Location is amazing right in the middle of the old town a few minutes walk to the cathedral. Staff was very pleasant to deal with, room and bathroom are super clean. Very good breakfast that includes warm options.

Clean, modern facility. My wife came down with a bug and the girl that checked us in brought Kleenex up for her which was really a comfort. Kevin mapped out sights to see and smoothed checkout. Great staff.

Location ,services and room was really comfortable.

The staff responded quickly to my messages. Clean. Has a microwave...A large supermarket nearby Quiet surroundings.

Perfect facility but should be a clear indication on the door how to call the reception

Loved and fully enjoyed our stay in Hotel de Dieppe (Best Western, Rouen). Stayed twice and would return next time again. Personnel is very friendly! On both visits we were welcomed and assisted by Manuela who went out of her way to help with a couple of our extra requests. Hotel is a historic building with a few amazing features. Also very conveniently located right in front of the train station and the taxi stand. Would absolutely recommend it!
