Lodgings in Central Station

Excellent staff , great facility and good location !

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-located. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything worked perfectly during my stay.

The host was honestly one of the best we have ever stayed with and completely made the experience for us. She was so communicative, thoughtful and accommodating from start to finish. I mentioned it was my partner’s birthday and she arranged the set up perfectly, even leaving drinks for us when we arrived which was such a lovely touch. She also kindly helped us with a missing package after we had already checked out which we were incredibly grateful for. The apartment itself was perfect. The location was amazing, less than a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre and ideal for getting around Leeds. We had absolutely everything we needed and more including towels, a washing machine and dryer. Nothing was overlooked. We also really appreciated being able to arrange an early check in for an additional fee as we had an event to get to, and parking was offered just a short walk away which made everything so convenient. We genuinely could not fault our stay and would absolutely love to return!⭐️

The host Josh was very communicative and helpful ahead of the stay; the flat was as described and suited the weekend in Leeds perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

Location, cleanliness, quick response, comfort, complementary goodies

The hotel was extremely clean, in a great location, and all the staff were kind and very professional. Their service was excellent, and I highly recommend it.

The hotel was exceptional thropughout, the room was well decorated and well maintained. The location was amazing with shops and cafes nearby and the city center within a couple of minutes walk

A beautiful building, well located and comfortable. Rome refreshed each day with fresh towels, tea, coffee and water. Gorgeous cocktail in the bar.

Easy access from train station, with no loud noise, the location is just perfect

I love this hotel, love the rooms, super cosy, very clean and clean bathrooms too. Rituals products and great restaurant for breakfast.

Great central location and very friendly staff

It was a wonderful stay above my expectations. Front office staff Patrice and Yasser were amazing and provided assistance at every time with a big smile and to do attitude. Reece at the fitness club provided assistance throughout the fitness club experience. Nick at breakfast was very helpful and did efforts to arrange vegetarian things for us. I must say every department of this hotel was working hard to make their guests stay memorable and yes it was a lovely and memorable stay with amazing facilities. Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the location was absolutely amazing, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A special thank you to Sam Leech and his colleague for their outstanding hospitality and support throughout my stay. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The ambience was lovely, it was very homely

1. Ideally located and apartment itself was really lovely. 2. Parking very convenient. 3. Security looking after building was (initially) reassuring.
