It was an amazing stay. Service and staff were great. Rooms were clean and hygienic. I would prefer to stay here for my next visit. Highly recommended.

The main advantage is the location. It is right on the first line by the sea. We rented a room with windows facing the ocean, and that alone made it worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was kept clean.

I booked a rom for me and my wife. Trusting the confirmation i traveled all the way from kerala and reached location by 10 pm. They didn’t provide room for us. They said they cancelled it and gave that room someone else. And when i asked for an explanation they said call booking.com and hung up on me. Booking.com customer care is also useless. I tried more than 10 times night and day. No response.

The location is wonderful! Its at the main street with so many restaurants/cute bars and, little shops. One minute walk to an amazing beach. Shower is a big plus as well. Rooms are quite big ( bed and bathroom). Even it is at the main street, its very quiet. Sunil, the owner , is very kind and helpful. I was able to do the laundry and use his wasmachine, had a late check out. And in general he is an humble and friendly person who just wants the guests to feel comfortable. And if you like he cooks for his guests as well

I was so fortunate to find this quiet, beautiful little cabin overlooking the garden, away from all the beach noise. The guys here are very respectful and Kisher was helpful in booking a taxi for me both to the accommodation and when I left. The food was also very good and very reasonable priced. All my neighbors around me were quiet and friendly. I would stay here again, at this quiet end of the Beach in a heartbeat. The 2 mats outside of the accommodation kept the sand from being tracked into the cabin and the pads on the outside chairs were much appreciated. It made sitting outside the cabin for long periods of time, very comfortable.

It’s new and clean! I read here that staff had been impolite. Seems they have trained them or shouted at them because now they are a little too polite 🤣

Really great value yet extremely comfortable. The cafe was really nice and the food delicious! The staff were amazing and arranged our airport transfer seamlessly so it was an easy trip.

The resort location is excellent. In particular our premium room with sea view is exceptional. The staff are very cooperative and always supportive.

Everything. The staff: exceptionally friendly, the rooms: simple but just right for on the beach, the view: couldn’t be better, the food: many different options and all good.

It is really good apartment to stay in good price. I stayed here for 2 nights and exp was great. It is very near to beach also you will get lots of food options near by. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for stay near palolem beach
