Great property but what makes it amazing and exceptional is the staff. Each and every member of the staff from the entrance to reception to room service was extremely professional, polite, prompt and helpful.

Awesome 👏 everything was so great! I mean this will be our go to hotel… the team is so great…mohak, Simran… and little HE-MAN karanji who we are so grateful and apologetic too for making him pick our very heavy luggage… I wish other hotels would learn a thing or two from the folks at Fairmont about true hospitality:) P.S. my husband said, the best eggs ben in the entire country :) and he is super picky about his egg Bens lol 😂

The overall friendliness of about every employee going out of their way to make the stay a comfortable and memorable stay. The breakfast buffet is the best I encountered (try the breakfast chaat, you will not be sorry), the club lounge provides a quite oasis and the Maya and O22 have some of the best food of the city.

I’m truly delighted with how smooth and effortless the whole process was. The check-in and room handover were incredibly easy and efficient, and I really appreciated being able to access my room even before the official check-in time. It made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent hotel in every respect. The location is very convenient—about a 10-minute walk to the metro station (or the airport). The hotel itself is beautiful; everything is new and in excellent condition. The gym and swimming pool are especially luxurious, and the service throughout the hotel is outstanding. The breakfast is excellent and starts very early in the morning. They allowed early check-in and let us store our luggage after check-out. The rooms are spacious, with huge windows and a wonderful view of the airport (for those who enjoy it). In short: a perfect experience.

It was very easy to find the location, which is very convenient for airport passengers. The room was nice and clean. There was 24-hour dine-in and room service food, which was very good. A simple breakfast started at 4 a.m., which helped me as I had to leave early. 24-hour spa massage service - better to prebook. Note - One must have an arrival/departure from the airport to validate the stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and I can confidently say it’s the best in South Mumbai. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are always spotless, and the metro is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Hotel is right next to the airport, perfect distance for an early morning flight or when on transit! Hotel was spacious, rooms were clean and does the job! Restaurant downstairs and a nice bar with a big screen to catch an IPL match!
