Tasty breakfast, excellent staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful. All three of them. Apartment had two terraces with nice views, comfortable chairs.

It was beautifully decorated. Super easy to reach, to enter and very close to the town. The shower was dreamy.

The hotel was amazing! The location is great, the hotel is clean and the staff is amazing and really welcoming. The view of our room, the area for swimming and free parking are great bonuses. Giulio and Natalino were really helpful and patient. We were in a big loud family group and they were really kind and patient with giving us directions and general information. Everything! The cabins are adorable. The views are amazing! The price is fantastic. The air conditioning is so cold. The instructions are clear and easy. Such a great stay.

Very nice room with sufficient storage space. Large bathroom. Great location at the lake, close to the train station and the harbor. you can rent good bicycles at the hotel, which we used for a day trip.

Exceptional location perfectly situated to the lake. The cottages were cute and the whole vibe was chill and comfortable. The views were amazing and so relaxing!! From check in to check out the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bonus to have the nice swimming pool and a small bar onsite. The town of Baveno was small but with charm and all the services. Larger supermarket across the street. Definitely want to come back especially as it’s not too far from MXP. Highly recommend for a lovely lake stay!!

Loved our stay at Hotel Alpi! We got the warmest welcome when we arrived. Everyone we encountered was nice and extremely helpful.

The property was very beautiful. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was great. Max was a great host.

The breakfast was excellent with many choices. There was a swimming pool in back. It is within walking distance of the train station and walking distance of restaurants. It is close to the harbor for taking boat trips to smaller islands . We loved it! It was charming.

Just a lovely stay!!! Great room. Could not have asked for a better view...front row to the town square, the lake, and the mountains! The host, Agnese, greeted us and showed us to our apartment. She was the consummate host, taking care of every detail with great care and pride. Just such a pleasant person! The young man who also worked at the front desk was exceptionally professional and helpful, offering lots of good information about the town's culture and history. The room was a good size for two - very clean and comfortable with a welcome bottle of wine. How thoughtful! The view was stunning, there were restaurants and cafes everywhere (recommend Eden Ristorante right on the lungolago)! The ferry leaves from right across the road in the town's main piazza. The boat rides to and from the Borromean Islands offer stunning scenery and the palace grounds on Isola Bella are impressive and just so interesting. If you want to avoid Stresa and the tourist crowd, but want to be nearby for day trips, this is your perfect spot. Smaller and quieter, Baveno feels more local. I would come back here in a heartbeat!
