The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, and breakfast was simple but good and convenient for us to get back out exploring.

Exceptional hosts! We were extremely delayed due to a train cancellation, and by the time we reached Como station, it was past 10 PM. The hosts kindly came to the station in two cars to pick us up — a truly thoughtful gesture. They were very accommodating throughout our short stay. Since we stayed only until the next afternoon and it was raining most of the time, we couldn’t explore much of Como. We’d definitely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to others.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable - my friends and I loved it here! Check in was very easy and the host was very kind and accommodating - she even dropped off a steamer for us because we need one! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Superb place and location. Carolina is an excellent host. We did miss the property to begin with and went further on than needed as Google maps sends you too far. Just keep an eye out for the number of the property. It's definitely worth it when you get there. Highly recommend 😊

Good place to stay with family. The host was very friendly, greeted us, and showed us around the room. Room has a fully functioning kitchen + laundry.

The apartment itself is very nicely renovated, cozy, clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable and cozy, there is a nice living room and dining area, and they are easy to operate. There is parking nearby as promised, which is very convenient.

It was clean and everything worked. The location was very close to the dock and everything was within walking distance. Except IL Gato Nero restaurant which was a €30 ride up the hill and €20 back down. You can walk to Villa D Este and have fabulous cocktails and snacks at Canova bar. Cernobbio is a beautiful town!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing! Great location! They were very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Breakfast and cocktails 2 feet from the water on a private dock. 5 minute walk to the ferry dock. Away from the more crowded areas of Lake Como. Sabrina was a wonderful hostess. Well stocked shared kitchen with breakfast items, coffee. Comfortable bed with plenty of towels.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Passalacqua. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Everything at the hotel felt very accommodating and tailored to guests’ needs, from early check-in to room preferences, making the stay feel personal and effortless. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is beautiful, relaxed, and elegant, with lovely seating areas both inside and outside. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and gives off such welcoming, peaceful vibes. Breakfast was one of the highlights. It felt home-style yet luxurious, with a great variety of fresh options. Overall, it was a truly delightful experience, comfortable, charming, and full of warmth. I 100% recommend staying here!

The view of the lake and the staff was amazing spacialy Hajar and Valentina they was super helpful and kind.

The POOL and Lobby! This was the first thing we saw when I was looking to book a hotel in between Milan and Cortina, and the infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Como clinched it. After checking in and seeing the rest of the hotel, the room (soaking tub in the room was a big plus) underground parking, Terrazza 241 restaurant (everything was excellent) and realizing how close it was to the lake front walking path, we couldn't have been happier with our choice!

I knew it was on the hill above Como, but I didn't know it was that much above 😀 Anyway, lovely place with a nice touch of old times. Everything was perfect, clean, staff always available. We had dinner in their restoran and that was a good decision. Breakfast continental, more than excellent

This is a jewel of a place. Brunate is located high above Como (so steep you literally look down on it). The apartment is attached to a hotel, and the moniker "panorama" is deserving. The hotel served dinner (the view from our table was simply breath-taking) and breakfast in a room with Victorian airs, also with view. I almost didn't want to review this place lest it goes viral and is forever occupied. It will become my default stay when I am in Como next!

Breakfast was so great! They had a fruit juicer. They make great cappuccinos. The place is family run and feels that way. Very quaint and lovely.

Everything was good. The entire stay was worth it. A good place for a reasonable price. Apartment is new and well-equipped. (Except the windows) I would always return.

This apartment was so clean! Had amazing air conditioning and everything we could need. Extra towels and sheets, fully stocked kitchen, two pull out couches, and everything was modern and fresh. They let us check in late after a big travel day and we were so happy!

The property was well taken care and very pleasant. The owners provided many breakfast items that I was not expecting and they even had an espresso machine with a few capsules. The bathroom was very new and they also provided soap and shampoo. There is also a restaurant on the side of the entrance of the building. Very convenient! Lastly, if you walk about 3-5 blocks you are right in the center of Cernobbio.

The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need -- and then some. There were many unexpected extras, such as, travel books, extra converters, umbrella, safe, business cards with dinner recommendations, and a lovely touch were monogrammed towels, bath robes, and slippers. Another nice addition was the refrigerator had water, juice, soda, and a bottle of Prosecco for us. Also, the breakfast venue that was included with the booking was wonderful. The location was close by and the selection of breakfast options plentiful. The apartment was located steps to the ferry and easily walkable to restaurants.

The location was perfect - close to the Lake and centre of town. The host agent was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had. Apartments were clean, spacious and nicely renovaed. Onsite parking was very convenient.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Cernobbio. Clean, cozy, comfortable. There is everything to make you feel like home. Definitely recommend. I just would add a pair of slippers because the floor is rather cold.
