Very clean and beautifully designed; great location; easy access and good communication.

Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Many restaurants near by, it's a quiet hotel. Bus station is a few minutes walk away and you can also rent a bike from the near by museum. Easy to get around. The room was nice and clean

Loved the location in a quiet part of Comacchio, overlooking the canal. Felt very welcome. They were very nice to open the breakfast room for us early so we could catch the bus to Ravenna.

Wonderful stay, we were able to park the tandem securely - thank you. Great breakfast that also catered for lactose free allergies, and included fruit. Supermarket in walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with 2 minutes on foot to the beach.

This is a really fabulous bed and breakfast that is very close to the centre of Comacchio - less than 5 mins. There was easy free parking outside, we called the host who lives nearby and came within a couple of minutes to let us in. The room was brilliant, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and the way the kitchen is set-up for breakfast (the next morning) was well thought out (and unique) - there was a big choice of juice, yogurts, fruit, cereals, etc., and the host offered eggs or fresh cakes on top if you desire - we said we didn't need it but he bought some homemade cakes anyway, which were delicious. There is also a living room that can be used (also with TV) plus you can rent bikes for the day from the host. Really exceptional place, we loved it.

It was worth the price and it was in a very quiet area

The location was excellent. Comacchio is a lovely town, the apartment was a pleasant walking distance from the center. There are shops, bars, cafe and a supermarket nearby. The host, Nila, is very friendly and easy to contact, her apartment is clean and well equipped, it's very quiet and has many well cared for plants. There's a nice balcony on one side and a great view of the canal on the other with the setting sun.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We discovered that the owner works as a professional pastry chef, and the breakfast is composed of his amazing creations. There is a wide selection, including juices, fruit, and yogurt. Secondly, the owner's wife was a fantastic hostess. She greeted all the visitors every day and made any coffee that you wanted. She cleaned up behind everyone and was incredibly attentive. We felt spoiled. We stayed in the largest room, which was more than adequate for the four of us. We asked for an extra key, and they provided us with one without any issues. The housekeeper changed out all of our towels every single day. The air conditioner was great and kept us nice and cool. The bonus is that on the back of the house is a beautiful garden. It is decorated and maintained, and you can spend time out there in the mornings while eating, or at any time you want to relax.

Stunning location, nice and quiet and a beautifully renovated building. Being able to wake up early and have the streets to ourselves before the tourists came was the main attraction and this place did not dissapoint!
