We especially liked how kind and friendly the staff was! They always answered our messages promtly and friendly, received us with a surprise gift (waiting for us when we arrived), offered us complimentary breakfast (not included with our reservation), and let us check out two hours late at no additional costs. We also liked that everything (e.g., check-in, door locks) was authomatic and the system was very intuitive to use.

Location was great, rooms faced a quiet courtyard. There was heat! In mid-November that was nice. Breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic service. I forgot my shirt at the hotel and had to DHL it back, and Enzo went above and beyond in helping me. Also, rooms were clean, quiet, and tidy.
