Outstanding, friendly, helpful staff! Teresa and Samira excellent hosts. Teresa assisted eagerly and with much follow through in arranging transportation for us. Breakfast staff went out of their way to be helpful with special dietary needs. Clean rooms. Outstanding choice for Cruise departure!

The hotel is located between the train station and the city center. Breakfast is basic but absolutely ok. We were very thrilled because we had lots of spaces downstairs where we could spend time and hang out as a group.

Needed a place to spend the night on my way to the Adriatic coast. I was looking for a good bed, a shower, and a good Italian meal. This hotel has it all. Loved the 'trattoria' style diner.

The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our two children with small slippers and little gifts, that we were not at all expecting. It made them feel welcome and was a lovely gesture. The bathroom was also equipped to handle the needs of smaller users, which was great! The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The location was very comfortable, within walking distance of all the most important things to see in Ravenna. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity was very easy and inexpensive.

The staff was great at the hotel and restaurant. Very clean and located near the middle of town. Local bus stop right in front of the hotel to take you into the center of town. Food at restaurant very good and free breakfast included.

Anna was a lovely host, who went out of her way to help with any needs. Breakfast was of incredible choice and the location cannot be beaten. Quiet and calm. Large space and all mod cons. The parking garage Navoni was excellent and very friendly also

The location is phenomenal, the staff is friendly, helpful and goes above and beyond. They are accommodating, knowledgeable of the area and are incredible. Breakfast is good, rooms are very clean and the staff both in the restaurant and at the front desk are amazing. The hotel is situated in a central location, 5 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the old city, 5 minutes from restaurants. If for nothing else I highly recommend for cleanliness and super helpful staff.

Excellent hotel. Quiet and very convenient location. Outstanding staff – everyone is very friendly and helpful with any request. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the cleanliness characterizes all the hotel’s facilities. The restaurant is one of the best I have encountered in Italy and is highly recommended whether or not you are staying at the hotel. It was a pastoral experience, and we will definitely return to the hotel in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The proprietor was super kind and helpful with local recommendations, finding us a ride to the cruise port and helping with any other questions we had. We were able to check in early, but if your room is not ready, they can hold your bags in the front office and you can explore the town while you wait. It is very conveniently located a short walk from the train station and withing walking distance to all of the ravenna attractions, shopping and restaurants. The value of this place was excellent and i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had an awesome time at this small hotel. The owner is truly hospitable, he truly cares that you enjoy your time in Ravenna. The garden is fabulous: you can take one of the stretchers and sit either in the shadow or in the sun. Every morning, we were welcomed with a good breakfast. The location is great: a quiet street, not far from all the beautiful churches and museums.

I loved this small, luxurious, and modern hotel in the heart of Ravenna. It's an excellent value for money with a perfect location. The cleanliness and room decor were spotless, and the breakfast room is an absolute 'wow'! The staff is warm and helpful, always ready to accommodate dietary restrictions. Perfect accommodatio! I would love to return.

The location is just perfect – very close to the train station and to the main square, walking distance to all the major sites. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was also good. I would stay here again if I came back to Ravenna.
