Excellent location close to the ferry and train station! Strong ac which is a must.

A picturesque location with a gorgeous yard to relax in. Two separate rooms for our family and a kitchen. Serena the host was very friendly and helpful booking restaurants and taxis. She was prompt in responding via text. Quiet and peaceful location away from the crowds

Where do I even begin we arrived by buss there was no taxi or uber running during this time we thought we would have to walk up all the way to the airb&b thankfully we reached out to our great host and he was able to rearrange his schedule for us to pick us up and drop us off, the place itself is wonderful it sits over the lake and the inside is super quaint he had everything you could possibly need from kitchen wear to basic cooking supplies to shower supplies and candles, he invited us over to his terrace where we got to enjoy Italy with the locals and try some of their famous liquor all in all of you are looking for a place in verenna look no further this place makes you feel like you are a location a great spot with some amazing people:)

Beautiful view from high above lake, free parking, clean, 20 minute steep cobblestone footpath right out of parking lot down to lake, nice communication with host.

The neighborhood itself, our lovely host, their neighbors, the gorgeous location, clean and comfortable rooms.

location was the perfect, just 3 min walking from varenna esino train station and 10 min walk to como😊

Unbelievable view, private pool! And Carlo the owner was so helpful in arranging our taxi and booking us a boat tour despite very unlucky weather. I definitely want to go back!

Dick was a wonderful host, guiding us through Lake Como as well as recommending a lovely bottle of wine Breakfast was delightful and the coffee was absolutely delicious. Dick also instructed us to take a night bus down to the cozy town of Varenna to enjoy a lovely evening without worry of automobile parking. A free service offered by the city and greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return in the future. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view and convenient parking for the car. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing. The host was extremely kind and welcoming. She gave us very helpful recommendations on how to plan our few days around Lake Como, which we truly appreciated. It was also very thoughtful and touching that when she learned it was our daughter’s birthday, she personally congratulated her and made the occasion feel special. Thank you for such a warm and memorable stay!

The view, the rustic authentic Italian feel to it. It’s a time capsule in all the good ways.

Great spot to get away for a quiet weekend. This spot is up above Como with incredible views from the little village. Very nice to get away from the touristic places while still having great access to pop down into different towns along the lake.

Our host Sylvia is beyond amazing. The service that we got was exceptional. We did not need anything. She was even so kind to bring us some winter clothes because one night it was a bit more chilly. The place was extremely clean and nice. I don’t only give five stars, but give Sylvia and Dolce Vita 10 stars.🌟

The property is stunning with amazing views of Lake Como and itself beautifully maintained within the charming village. Our suite was well appointed, comfortable, clean, and fully stocked with all you would need for a self-catered stay. The staff, particularly the reception team and the drivers, were delightful and could not be more welcoming. We had many breakfast options at the restaurant and the relatively new restaurant on the property is well worth booking for dinner.

This property was absolutely stunning! By far our favorite place we have ever stayed. A perfect oasis above Varenna that feels secluded but close enough to enjoy the beauty of Lake como. We can’t wait to return!

Breakfast was served in a cute restaurant below our apartment. The location was terrific. The building in which the apartment was located in was situated right on Lake Como, just like the picture. The spot is magical and Sina was a perfect host. He went out of his way to make our experience memorable.

Apartment is beautiful, well-furnished, spectacular view, nice pool, clean, plenty of parking, helpful host. Great if you have a car and a mild sense of adventure. Wouldn't recommend for one night, but for a longer stay was most enjoyable. Buy your groceries before you arrive. For sightseeing, drive down early and park at Varenna train station (you can see the lot from the patio).

The photos do not do this apartment justice. It's the most beautiful apartment or airbnb we've rented. We still miss the panoramic view of Lake Como, and the lake looked even more beautiful in the early morning and during sunset. We loved getting fresh air on the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked. I was worried about buying our own supplies after reading some reviews from this company, but the apartment had everything we needed. The beds and sofas were comfortable. There's plenty of storage and room to spread out throughout the apartment. Laundry in the apartment was very convenient. You do need a car to drive to this place. It's a short 10 minute drive up the windy road from the parking garage in Varenna, but we got used to it after a few days. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. You need to go to their office in Varenna before driving up the hill. We saw some people walking up and down the windy road but we wouldn't recommend it for safety and physical reasons.

Such an amazing apartment! The view is unreal, it's clean, comfortable and big. The hosts were kind, you can tell they try their best to make their guests happy. Would stay here again for sure and i highly recommend it!
