The staff is very helpful and kind, It is close to the airport and the train station is a very good place for the price

The staff were extremely kind, we needed milk for our child and they offered some for free. Breakfast was excellent, varied and relaxed. The location could not have been better, right between the Cathedral and train station. A great pick for a night in Pisa.

This is an excellent hotel that oversees the Pisa Tower and Il Duomo. The staff was very kind and caring and I had a really good stay. I would recommend it. And I think I may be back in the future

This is a wonderful Hotel - Charm and Charisma from the timber to the marble this hotel feels like it could of stepped out of a movie screen from 1968 with modern 2020 touches - its classic touches' to an elegant era are there with stylish furniture and the light fittings to the space and decor - marble everywhere- The roof top bar is 100% modern elegance and view that no hotel in the world can surpass it feals like you can touch the tower and lights at night make it magical - this is not a Pullman or Sofitel or Holiday Inn which all feal the same - this is Classic Italian from an era when Hotels were - and this is still Family run exceptional - experience love it for what it is and say - i have seen and felt the elegance of days gone by

Location on the Arno river is beautiful. Ask for a river view room! Easy walk to the Leaning tower and historic Pisa. Quick taxi ride to airport!

Well, almost everything was good. The room was clean, the wifi signal was strong enough, the location was very good (20-25 minutes walking to Pisa Tower and other monuments and 1-2 minutes from the central station). But I want to admit 2 things separately. - One was the bed. Honestly it was the best bad I've laid down in my life. Mattress takes your body structure and you feel super comfortable. I don't remember when I had such a good sleep last time. - The second one is the croissant that they serve during breakfast. I don't remember when I tasted such a good croissant in my life. Whenever you stay here you should try one.

Good location and close to the airport

The staff are so kind and helpful, Kiara was so sweet even before she knew we were guests. The street parking is right out front you just pay on the easy park app, the air conditioning or ac worked well, the restaurant is the best we had in Italy so far! Even cooler is the history, it was a church in the 600’s!!! It’s a straight walk to main square with the tower, maybe at most a 8’min walk.

It was by far the most comfortable on our Europe tour. Every thing about the home was amazing! It actually felt like being at our home. (LOVED the shower!!!) Our host was very communicative, reaching out to us everyday to ensure we were all cared for and had no needs. So many personal touches, 😊♥️🙏 The apartment was located very close to the sites and close to walk. All in all, this has been the best place on our current travels….love, love, love your home!

Property is about 7-8 minutes walking distance from main train station. The facilities were clean and the room was so spacious! I liked how there was historical information on the wall, very cool! Also the hotel gives you such a great assortment of food items in your room, I was floored by how many different cookies, spreads and biscuits there was in addition to the coffee/tea machine, this place is definitely worth it for the value! Highly recommend staying here!

The location was superb. We really loved it because you can visit the whole city by foot from the hotel. It's a really good neighbourhood and makes it easy to explore around. The staff was really nice. We loved it and will be back for sure

The booking itself was very easy and straightforward. My flight was delayed, and Elena stayed on the property until I arrived and received my room key and parking card. She also took the time to give me a tour of the property. The hotel itself was excellently maintained and well-appointed. My room was very comfortable. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and shops. The view of the marina wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.
