The hotel has a great location, close to the beach, with a larger beach also within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it is convenient for exploring the city as well. I would especially like to highlight the professionalism of the staff. Whenever we had any small requests, everything was handled quickly and efficiently, with genuine attention to making our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is fairly standard and includes all the basic options, but everything is tasty and well prepared. I would say it has exactly what you need without anything unnecessary. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, which makes them especially comfortable and pleasant to relax in. The bed in our room was also very comfortable. One thing worth mentioning is that the climate is quite humid at the end of August. There is no dedicated place to dry wet clothes after returning from the beach, and the rooms do not have balconies, so clothes may not dry completely by the next day. However, the staff helped us with this and provided additional options for drying clothes inside the room. Because of the high humidity, they still did not dry completely, but this is related to the weather rather than the hotel itself. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and were especially impressed by the quality of service and the helpfulness of the staff.

Trapani is beautiful and so is this hotel. Location is great. Rooms are spotless and everything was perfect. I have to mention that the front desk staff , Martina , is a real gem . Speaks English and Spanish , was very accommodating and gave us great restaurant recommendations. I would come back in a heartbeat just for the great staff service.

We liked the cozy atmosphere. The hotel is facing the pedestrian street so it is very quiet. The staff were very welcoming, informative and helpful. We were given a map of Trapani with 5 restaurants hotel staff recommend, it was simple to choose one and we had really good food every night. Every morning, the owner made us scrambled eggs.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment overlooking the sea, there was a bar/restaurant immediately below which was buzzing and had many people but it was really nice and not a problem and they closed by midnight and you can listen to the waves as you sleep. The balcony was very spacious and big, the area feels safe and comfortable and it was gorgeous. Small kitchenette but it had everything required. The bathroom was big and luxurious. In order to enter you have to check in at the hotel (so don't use this address directly to arrive!) - I got lost initially but on one of the few emails it says you have to go to the hotel first. This was useful as when you check out you can leave your bags there and wait there, and use the toilets if required (unlike with most apartments where you have to just check out and take everything!)
