You can see the hotel from Chigasaki Station. A bit of a walk, 8-10mins but there are elevators to help you with your luggage. Lots of restaurants every corner. Express check-in/out and the machine gives 2 keycards. Clean room and comfy beds. Our two XL luggage can easily be opened, you just have to be madiskarte and not maarte. Free breakfast is really good too which can be crowded at times but they do refill when needed. Safe to roam around at night as this is near the city hall I think. They change towels everyday. They have bath robes and ameneties in the reception area. They even store our luggage safely before checkin. Cost-wise and convenience, this hotel option is way cheaper than in Yokohama or Kamakura, only a train ride away.
