The hotel is very cozy, extremely clean -even the common bathrooms- and very well equipped. The stuff is also very helpful and nice. And the location is excellent, close to the main street but also in a very quiet part of Yumoto.

The Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Yokohama is a very nice hotel. We ended up staying in the Superior Double, which was very nice and roomy. The hotel is conveniently located about a five minute walk from Yokohama station. The room was very clean and modern. This a classy hotel for a reasonable price so it is a very good value. The Yokohama station area is a bit tricky to navigate as there are multiple levels of walkway bridges, but once you figure it out, the hotel is easy to get to from the train station.

Hotel had a good view of the harbour. Very good location near train station about 5 minutes walk. Staff very helpful. Rooms though are quite small but these are common in Japan hotels especially in major cities. But overall this hotel is quite clean with very good service . It's also near shopping areas.

I truly appreciated the assistance that I received from the staff at the guest service when I had problems opening my newly bought suitcase. I almost thought that I had to have the lock broken to open it, but they managed to open it for me without destroying the lock.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations!! Wow! We were blown away by the gardens! In addition, the staff was supremely helpful and attentive. The 7 course kaiseki meal is a must, as is the breakfast! The room was clean, and the futons on the tatami mats were very comfortable for sleeping. The onsen was also very enjoyable! I would highly recommend this place for an authentic Japanese experience. It was our vacation splurge and we were very happy we did it!

The staff was very kind and all the facilities were clean. The capsule itself was bigger than we thought and comfortable. You can save a lot of money with sleeping here with the same comfort as in an hotel. The bus station for Lake ashi is a short walk away around the corner. We would definitely recommend this place!

Everything about this jewel in Yokohama was perfect. Everything the weary traveller might need is available. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the accommodation was central to places we wished to visit either on foot or via public transport - access to the subway was immediately across the road from the hotel with the local train station a mere 5 minutes walk away facilitating our return trip to the airport.

The view from our apartment was out of this world. It made you feel like you were all alone in the world. While reading articles on how many people were going out of their way to get that one perfect Mount Fuji picture, we could almost hug it from our huge window. An unforgettable location!! Accommodation is very responsive and has everything you need. Outside of the room but within the building there are plates, fresh water machine, bathing accessories, well equipped laundry room and of course a vending machine.

We stayed in the East Wing in a Japanese style room. The accommodation was luxurious and spacious, with views down the mountain from our private outdoor onsen. The hotel did not seem too crowded, however that might be due to the strict dining times allocated when you check in.

The hotel is very fancy. The building is impressive, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a table and armchairs. The staff is helpful. Everything us terribly expensive, the meals and the refreshments in the bar. It is a hotel for rich people, who look for fancy accommodation.

Lots to love about this accommodation - modern, clean, spacious (enough room for 4 adults) with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Great location, too - very close to Gora station, and a short walk to the Open Air Museum (not to be missed). The whole area is so beautiful; we were constantly surprised and in awe of the natural beauty. Only a small point to mention - window curtains or blinds in bedrooms would have reduced outside light and made for a better sleep. Overall rate very highly.

This accommodation is literally an apartment where the toilet paper, towels, soap and shampoo are included. It has all the utilities to cook things yourself. It has a coin laundry, which was very helpful. The property is like three squares from Shinmaruko, and a little longer of Musashi-Kosugi. The location is really nice and quiet because is very residential. If you want to stay here for vacations, is not too close to Tokyo but is quite close to Yokohama.

This place is unique. I was looking for a more traditional lodging with affordable price and it was a perfect match. I really enjoyed the vibe of an old Japanese house. The staff showed me around, I loved the free of charge dryer and the common space. The room felt a bit cold, but I got an extra blanket. The overall atmosphere was great, definitely an experience I would recommend to anyone while in Japan, on par with staying in a ryokan or love hotel.

The property was a simple but clean and reasonable modern budines hotel. The building looked and felt new. The room was small but that is very normal for similar hotels in Japan. Clean bathroom. I was only the room to sleep which I did well. Decent location. Less than 10 mins from Sakuragicho station and the bars and izakaya of Noge

Hotel is in a good location as it is within a 5 to 10 min walking distance to the nearest train station (Motomachi-Chukagai), is within walking distance to the nearby chinatown street with good range of f&b options and near Gundam Factory Yokohama. The building itself is pretty old and may appeal to guests who prefer a classic looking accommodation option.

Super modern hotel. Great sleep quality. Rooms are pretty with really high ceilings. Beautiful indoor pool. However, I recommend the outdoor hot tubs and shallow pools, heated at 30 degrees C. in February. On a clear day, you can see Mt. Fuji from rooms facing the city- mountain side.

The staff were SO nice ! There are cats! Private and public onsen open 24/7 which was great since we were exploring most of the day. We had breakfast and supper at the hotel and both were delicious. Breakfast is served at 8am and they will get your ass up so a warning to anyone else who likes to sleep in. But it was perfect! Would stay here again we really loved it.
