My favorite hotel resort in Japan

We received an upgrade in rooms at check in. Every staff was friendly and helpful to any questions we had. We did not have a car but they had a shuttle service to and from the front desk, restaurant we were going to, and to the train station. Would recommend if you want a getaway in the wilderness in Yamanashi.

Great hotel with amazing views. Loved the traditional room.

We loved the natural feel of the grounds, the simplicity of the rooms that highlighted nature, the friendly staff, and enjoyable breakfast. We were there for only a short time but would love to have had more time to enjoy the common space with fire pits, walks, etc. I would definitely return to this location or visit another BLANC location after this stay.

The host was very warm and considerate. The room was comfortable and the shared toilet was extremely clean and equipped with fancy smart toilet seats! The host turned off the lights in the front yard so we enjoyed an amazing view of the brilliant galaxy! Definitely an unforgettable experience

Extremely warm and solicit solicitous staff. The rooms were very comfortable with bed and put pillows very comfortable. The hotel bar is a gem and with handcrafted furniture and an seats winning cocktail and whisky collection. The breakfasts here are amazing and included a wonderful bowl of hoto, a local noodle and vegetable soup. Delicious!

Very pretty location, excellent view of the sun rising over the mountains. Town is nice, easy to walk around. Room was cozy and clean. Host is friendly and kind.

The food was great. The staffs are friendly. The hotel is in the middle of the forest so it was very relaxing.

There is so much to like here it is hard to isolate just one thing. The location is peaceful and scenic, the staff is friendly and the food is superb. Overall an excellent place to stay.

This is an exceptional property. The location is okay, but the house has everything you need. Very clean, new and organized.
