The property is clean. Staff are trying Hard to make guest happy. I like that variety of restaurants there, laundry service is quite convenient, house keeping are making room very clean. Specially there is a staff from Hawaii( I forgot his name ) , he helps foreigners to communicate with local staff to resolve the issues.

I loved the privacy of having a jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was big as well so it was very comfortable.

So many activities and things to do we never left the resort. My daughter did not want to leave to go home. The indoor pool was my 6 year old favorite. Close second was the pottery painting. I enjoyed the in room massage. Since it was just me and my daughter I didn't want to go to the spa, so having someone come to the room was nice. We enjoyed the buffet, even my picky eater found many things to eat and wanted to go every night for dinner. We will definitely be visiting again!

Hotel had everything i was looking for. The breakfast was exquisite.

The location is wonderful near many good eating places. I traveled by bus here from the airport easily as the bus stop is the big hotel nearby. The view is as good as the picture if you are staying on the high floors. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped for what you need. The check in was easy as you can switch to English language.

The room was huge and comfortable, the view was fascinating.

Came for a quiet pool weekend and walked right into an exceptional grand opening! I was honored with flowers at check-in, and the hospitality never stopped. The rooms are massive, modern masterpieces with beautiful open layouts and artful shower rooms. The pool area is stunning and highly rejuvenating. Dining here is world-class. Steakhouse SEAMEN'S delivered a polished 5-star dinner with a charming chef, while Lahaina served up the most heavenly pizza I’ve ever had. Breakfast is a magnificent "theme park" of delicious choices, and the Bunny Irish Pub is fantastic for drinks. Massive thanks to Mr. Momiyama and Mr. Suzuki for their world-class poolside and restaurant service. You will feel like royalty here—I cannot wait to return!

Lovely place with a great host we felt welcomed and taken care of. Breakfast was delicious and bar was opened throughout the day. Specious rooms with comfortable beds, very close to the best snorkeling places and all the attractions.

It was a perfect place for my family to stay. My girls enjoyed the space and pool in the back. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

The room had a little kitchenette and a fabulous view of the ocean. Sunset was glorious. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and kind.

Parking is very convenient. The seaside is really beautiful. The facilities next to the swimming pool are great. The room is very large and clean. The breakfast is also great. You can also play table tennis! (Pay Highly recommended!

Tasteful, well maintained, serene

Great place! Beach like a movie one: really beautiful. Way to the beach absolutely beauty. Stuff really supportive and help us with all question.

Location was perfect for us as a family, very peaceful and quiet, only a 5-minute walk from Moo Beach. Breakfasts were delightful and diverse, and my 2-year-old daughter enjoyed them every day of our stay.

There was ample parking, Guest Services personnel were super friendly, and the decor was tastefully appointed.

Staff and food were great. The facilities were also nice with the indoor swimming pool an especially useful item for the kids.

This property was really nice, very convenient and it is near Lawson and 7-eleven, we will definitely come back in this property and try their truck style accommodation.

An absolutely beautiful place! So many things to do if you want and lots of great amenities. Very close to lots of restaurants and bars. Wonderful and friendly staff.

Location: 1 min walk from Airport shuttle, 3 mins from local bus stop. So 10/10 Facilities: Clean, free amenities(you can even choose ur fav shampoos and conditioners for free!), free bicycles rental and free lounge with 4 selections of teas, hot and iced coffees and soft drinks. Also, free washing machines. 10/10 Staff: the most kind and friendly staffs ever I’ve met. They are so willing to help us sincerely every time. 15/10
