Location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast.
Very nice hotel. connected to the train station but not easy to find. good hotel and nice stay. as its connected to station. loads of food options and shopping is all around the station. food unique to Sendai can be found here aplenty
It’s a walking distance from Parco mall 1&2, lots of shopping places, jazz bar and restaurants.
The hotel was conveniently located near the Sendai station and has a convenient store connected to it. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an upgrade to the ladies floor when I got there. Not only was there an additional layer of security to access the room, but they also had ReFa amenities (luxury Japanese beauty device brand). The bath area was very spacious and is partitioned from the toilet. They had a good variety of items you can take from the main floor for use during your stay that I've never seen at other hotels such as hail oil and foot relaxation sheets. They also put out a coffee machine in the afternoon for guests, although wish they had it in the morning too. Everything made it a very relaxing stay!
Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Great location and helpful staff.
Friendly staff and comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast
The room was not at the level of luxury and service I was expecting for the price. The room was exceptionally clean, and tiddy. I really like that it was literally on the same building as the Sendai station. The Japanese breakfast was amazing.
Great location right on the baseball field, with easy parking if you have a car. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to prepare food. The living room is large and has a big TV screen, ideal for watching keeping up with the on-field action while inside.
This was the most beautiful and authentic place I stayed at during my trip to Japan. The villa is a real Japanese house, very large and beautiful, furnished with style and many historical Japanese objects. The owner didn’t speak English, but we communicated without any problems using translators. The highlight was definitely the tea ceremony that the owner offers to his guests — a truly authentic experience of Japanese tradition and culture
Everything about this hotel is fantastic: the natural onsen, helpful staff, extensive breakfast, beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The location is also very convenient; close to Sendai station.
Great location from Sendai train station. First time staying here so we took a taxi to the hotel. Afterwards, we discovered that it is walking distance from the station using the walkways and overpass. Wouldn’t recommend with larger luggage but you could probably do it with carry-on rollers. Located across from many shops and restaurants. There’s a very clean laundromat about 7min walk from the hotel with ample washers and dryers.
It was in a good location to visit our friends.
Everything looked modern and clean, plus it’s very close to the station so the location is good, too. The staff was very nice as well.
Location is very good. Breakfast and the Onsen wae the highlight of the hotel. The staff are so polite and helpful. Very happy I chose this hotel. 👍👍👍
They have a coin laundry room on the top floor and a 24 hours convenient store on the ground floor.
Very good hotel in a strange location, in the middle of an industrial estate. There is a train service but it is about a 30 mins walk there. Some really good facilities, breakfasts were really good mainly Japanese, remember to have bare feet.
The place is so clean and the staff are veey nice😊
Everything was great, especially for the price
The location is absolutely great. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable.
The spa was really great for casual baths. The cold spa wasn't freezing but cold enough to feel get the shivers, the baths were hot enough to stimulate the skin, the sauna was spacious enough. The free beer token and after-bath accommodations were the cherry on top. I'm very appreciative of my stay in Sendai and I think a good amount of that is because of this hotel.
It's very conveniently located next to 7-eleven. I just find it awkward to eat there as there is limited common space. Otherwise, laundry is close by and 10 minute walk from the train station.
Very well kept and well designed. I loved the scented elevator at the entrance - very relaxing!
Room is very clean, I love breakfast, food is very good and delicious.
Great location, very close to Sendai station. There were Family Mart and 7Eleven right beneath the hotel. Laundry machine worked well. The staff were nice. The twin beds room was spacy. Early check in was possible with addition of 1000 yen for each hour before the check in. That helped us a lot.
Close vicinity to central Sendai and very affordable. Free drinks from the hotel lobby.
