Lodgings in Toyooka

The accommodation here is excellent and very convenient. It is located near an onsen and in a great area that feels like a central hub — it’s easy to travel anywhere from this location. The staff or owner are very friendly and welcoming. I honestly don’t understand why this place has a low rating, because for me, I really loved it. The atmosphere feels warm and authentically Japanese. The room is charming and very traditional in style — everything about it feels cozy and truly Japanese. I liked it very much.

The best bed from my trip to Japan. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The staff was great and welcoming. There is a coffee place in the first floor and the Costa caffe is amazing ! Together with the sweets.

Love the friendlyness and service minded of all hotel staff. The hotel facilities is just right for the need. No more no less. Love the design of the hotel.

this is a good option for one day stay in Toyooka

Very comfortable hotel, well located within walking distance of several restaurants. Free parking is a plus. The hotel kindly accommodated the requests I had for our two rooms, this is highly appreciated. Strong wifi. Very good Japanese breakfast. The staff, from the reception to the breakfast lady, were all welcoming, smiling and helpful. We had a great stay, and we recommend this hotel without an hesitation.

The room was large and had everything that we needed. The location was just a few minutes walk from the station so very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and when I booked my room the additional cost for breakfast was quite small. For what we paid for the room it was a good value. The public bath was an excellent feature and large enough that it did not feel crowded if four or five people were in at the same time.

The locations is very convinient and I loved the vibe of the mall, that the hostel is located in. It felt like it sprang from a movie. The staff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. The common area was so cozy too! I will definetly stay here again, next time I am visiting Toyooka^^

Location is central. Short walk to main food street and nearby public onsen. Dinner and Breakfast are great and staffs are friendly and helpful.

The owner Nao is a very welcoming and very friendly person. The property has pictures and explanations for how to use everything in it so it was very easy to do what we wanted. Nao provides a free shuttle service to Kinosaki Onsen, about just a 10 minute ride. He also picked us up and dropped us off at the station once we left. The land around the property is also very beautiful as the beach is right there. Overall, I would definitely book this place again if I went back to Kinosaki Onsen.

We felt so welcomed in this Inn while traveling with our dog. The room was wide with very comfortable beds, kitchen and spacious, clean bathroom. Big surprise was large dog run/ garden and onsen that you can use privately. Our dog enjoyed running in the garden and the view of the garden from the room.

Everything was so perfect, there are massage machines in the lobby free for use 24/7 and popcicles peanuts juice and some alcohol choices plus a coffee machine ❤️ as amenities

We loved our stay at Kasugaya Ryokan! The room and ryokan were absolutely beautiful, so clean and stylish and a great bar downstairs. The owners are the nicest people and so thoughtful to make your stay special, we were given fresh yukata and towels each day. It says shared bathroom but you have your own toilet and are showering at the onsen everyday.

The frequent shuttles into Kinosaki Onsen.

Traditional yet fancy experience. The private baths are really clean and enjoyable, the biggest public bath is only 20 seconds away from the property. The breakfast and dinner are well thought and enormous. Everything was just perfect.

It is a very nice, clean and cozy hotel. The inner yard is beautiful (even more so in the night with the light shows). The complimentary things like free drinks, free bike renting, free shuttle bus, etc made our stay even more comfortable and the staff was so nice, we even got some gifts from them making us feel really appreciated.

The staff, the food, the private onsen, the room... everything was exceptional! I only wished I could stay more.

It's clean and the staff are very accommodating. Even staff around the area went above and beyond helping us get to the hotel from the train station. We missed the shuttle and they tracked down a bus to help us get there. The food was also fresh and beautifully prepared and the onsen was nice.

Personally, I like the design and the built-in Onsen pool was on spot! The big rooms allow excellent accommodations for 4 people and the welcome drinks and snacks were very delicious.

The staff are lovely and friendly, the rooms were huge and the food was incredible along with the private onsuns
