The complimentary things like free drinks, free bike renting, free shuttle bus, etc made our stay even more comfortable and the staff was so nice, we even got some gifts from them making us feel really appreciated.

Lots of "free" drinks to chose from (including alcohol) and one bar of ice cream per person. The room service food was great too. The beds were huge.

Staff at reception went above and beyond when we had some questions. Location is very convenient when you take a boat trip.

Spacious and well appointed room with high standard of cleanliness. Excellent lighting with individual switches to tailor the brightness to own needs. Large bathroom with separate shower. Hotel is in a central location, nearby to numerous shopping and dining areas and within walking distance of several train and subway stations, as well as a taxi rank. Enjoyed a wonderful stay - I hope I can stay here again in the future.

Best Hotel I have ever stayed in!! The in-house Onsen, cold bath, sauna, massage chairs were incredible. Get a private onsen with your partner. Van service to train station and public onsens was perfect. Free drink every night, and massive breakfast every morning. Rooms were huge!! Free kimonos!! The staff was soo attentive, and helped us with everything from getting us and our luggage to train ontime.

The ryokan is small, it has only a few rooms, so you can feel private there. The food was beyond great, tasty and the portions were large. The onsen was clean, with a great outdoor pool. Since the hotel is small, you had complete privacy in the onsen. The service was top notch. The ladies took care of us like their own members of the family. I recommend this place.

This accommodation has a very affordable parking lot nearby (not provided by the hotel). It's only a 10-minute walk to the port line. There's a convenience store on the ground floor, and on the second floor, there are hot spring baths and a sauna. The rooftop has an excellent public space where you can enjoy a view of Kobe.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly during check-in. Overall, it was a great experience at this hotel.

Experienced spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, modern comfort, and a vibrant environment centered on Kobe. In particular, we experienced the true scale of life and new perspectives of JR Sumaura-kōen Station, Suma Seaside Park, Kobe Suma Sea World, and Kobe's new aquarium, which are 16 minutes away from JR Hyogo Station in front of the hotel.

The location was super. Next to JR Sannnomiya, Hanshin Railway and also Hankyu Railway.
The convenience store was next to the hotel. Also though it is near the station, surprigingly it was quiet. Many restautants and cafes near by.

The hotel was good in every way, and the traditional japanese breakfast a real treat. But what made the stay exceptionally good was the amazing staff - very friendly and very helpful. Even if we didn't speak the same language we had great communication, simply because the staff was so professional and keen to help.

Rokko Island is a little time warp to the 1990s. This is interesting in itself. The hotel is well located connected directly to the Port Liner. And there are plenty of shops and services around.
The Club Lounge is nice when you have a room on the club floor.

Cheap! I made the reservation at the last minute, and it was less than 5,000 a night. It’s located just one street away from the station, which is quite convenient for shopping and eating out. The izakaya around the hotel was quite lively and worth exploring.

Beautiful ryokan in Kinosaki, with its own private bath (were you can mix) and hotel bath (separated for men and women). Walking distance to all baths. Lovely evening meal and breakfast included in our stay. Would stay again.
