Location, luxury, spacious, clean, dedicated staff.

Clean, separate toilet and bathtub is a good design. Location is few minutes walk from Sannomiya station and it's a business area, so it's quiet at night.

The room is modern and clean. Great location with many supermarket nearby

Location was perfect, just upstairs of the main station. So it was too easy to go anywhere within the city or the other cities in Japan. Also just in a walking distance from the shopping area and the good restaurants. Staff was too kind and helpful. Rooms were really neat, tidy and clean. And not as small as other Japanese hotels. They even have massage chairs within the room which was quite fantastic thinking that you’ll have long walks in Japan.

Nice modern hotel in a great location. The rooms were quiet and dark which was much appreciated after a long day of travelling. The buffet breakfast was really good too!

Great location, close to everything. The hot spring is very nice if you stay during winter months.

I have stayed at this hotel many times on business trips 25 years ago. I was expecting the building and rooms to feel old and worn but I was pleasantly surprised to find a vibrant, busy and updated property giving great service and superb value. They have successfully recast this property as a destination with an authentic onsen using piped in water from nearby Mt Rokko which has proven very popular with Japanese families and visitors seeking a nice getaway with great onsen facilities in a western style hotel with rooms larger that you would find elsewhere. The vibe is pleasant and focuses on tranquility and rest. So happy to see that this property continues to thrive 25 years on. Stayed 2 nights, wish I had time to stay longer. Will definitely return!

The room size is bigger than common room in Japan. Reasonable price. Staff is polite but cannot speak english well. They have service mind as they care what we want to say.

Everything was splendid. Great ambience, great meals, very helpful staff, onsen was the best. Even our toddler enjoyex the whole experience.

The rooms are spacious compared to other hotels I have been in Japan, clean and in a good location with multiple malls walking distance.

It's a good standard, clean hotel. 15 minute walk from sannomiya station. It's quiet and has everything you need. I travelled. Good for a short stay for personal or business travel. Perfect for a solo traveller.

Great clean and comfortable Hotel, staff helpful with local knowledge

Great location near the shopping street with lots of food and shops nearby. The water dispenser on the floor made refilling bottles easy, and the giant TV was perfect for watching the WBC.

Extremely polite, friendly and nice staff. It was a smoking room (I couldn’t find the normal one last minute at the same price), but the smell of smoke was barely noticeable, very big beds.

Perfect location, very clean and staff is very kind. Easy access to a lot of good place near by, for me the best part was the Kawasaki museum. Loved it, just perfect
