It’s beautiful, the lobby is amazing, the rooms are fine, comfortable and the staff is very nice.

Big room. The bath salt was nice

Clean, separate toilet and bathtub is a good design. Location is few minutes walk from Sannomiya station and it's a business area, so it's quiet at night.

Cleanliness and friendliness, the staffs are professional. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Location, personel was great and very kind

Free ice cream, coffee tea and yogurt drinks at the lounge at 14th floor. Free ramen for supper too at Ground floor. Location is near to station and shopping street . Hotel is just next to China town.

Very close to 7 eleven and restaurants and station/ bus transits. Majority of the staff can speak very well English. The laundry room is very convenient.

Room was nice, breakfast was good enough

Silent place and good location.

Very satisfied with the good experience of staying at very clean, comfortable, especially clear and fresh air conditioner. And could enjoy the Japanese restaurants and cafes with a 3-minute walk from this hotel. I will forever remember that the view of the western Kobe area came to my eyes like a picture through the room window.

Very friendly staff and great location

Comfortable business-style Hotel. Staff were helpful with filling in form to send luggage, but had to bring our cases to the 7-eleven downstairs ourselves.

Peaceful place, very delicious food, welcoming service, spacious and clean room. We have booked a Japanese style room, the view was picturesque. The onsen is very good, there is also a resting room with coffee and tea. Everything was perfect.

The property is decent and highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy the view and ambiance of the ocean.

Beautiful lobby, on Fridays they give out free snacks and a drink as you check in! The room was very nice and a beautiful view. Front desk staff are excellent with great English. The pool is quite overpriced and that staff didn’t speak English. Overall really enjoyed our stay!!!

Private onsen for the family was the highlight for us. Both indoors and outdoors. Such a special and beautiful place.

The room, the view, the quality of the food were all excellent. I also enjoy their spa, plus they have renovated the passage way to the annex and have now a sauna and a snack bar open rather late.

Very beautiful and authentic. Love the decor, view and location

Unique nothing like that in the world

The place is very beautiful both inside and the view outside. Dinner is so great, also the breakfast. Outside onsen is a bit small but good. We love our stay very much.

Very satisfied with staying comfortably in a spacious and clean room. we could enjoy the Japanese restaurant Yoshinoya, which is a 3-minute walk from this hotel. we experienced the Lokal train from Shinnagada Station to Himeji Station and explored Himeji Temple. As we traveled back and forth by the Lokal train, the local scenery spread out in front of our eyes like a painting.

Traditional but tasteful interiors, friendly staff, nice cosy coffee area.

Foods here are delicious, Comfortable room with a beautiful greenery views.

It was easy to walk to from the train station. The plaza along the way had many restaurants and convenience stores. The room was quiet and had a nice table and chair area to watch the huge TV.
