Lodgings in Yao

It was perfect, everything clean, new, very comfy!

The host (Yuya) was the nicest and most welcoming host I've ever had. The location is hard to find at first, so he picked me up from the station and we walked together. He responded very quickly whenever I messaged him. The location is very close to the train station, less than 5 minutes walk. and there's a lot of izakaya / restaurants nearby. The place is small and traditional but well kept and very clean. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of this share house.

So many things wrong with the property, booked for 4 days but it was so bad I left after 1 day. The owner was completely disrespectful I’ve never seen someone in Japan like this. Very disappointed and don’t recommend

The staff was very nice and sociable

Stylish in a dated way with the stained glass and real wallpaper. An old hotel, but it's been well taken care of. Japanese style room with kotatsu was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with good hot water and pressure in the shower. AC couldn't be turned to cool mode during winter, but the front desk immediately provided a nice fan, and it was comfortable with the windows open. Nice view. Very comfortable futons on real tatami. Such a nice and convenient neighborhood that we for real looked at apartment rental prices in the area since we're moving soon. Microwave and washer/ dryer available on 2nd floor. Washers lock with a PIN so no one can mess with your clothes, so smart. Reasonable price and cleaned well, though dryer took some extra time. Front desk kindly took multiple deliveries, both sending and receiving. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean and they give you value for your money!

We were pleasantly surprised by the meals provided at the Ryokan. Meals were beautifully prepared. We didn't get to experience the bath but we hope to next time. Very clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff were all so kind.

Loved it. Great value. Easy location. Great staff. Really good breakfast. Comfortable and quiet.

Love the location, room size, room amenities, and very helpful staff

The amenities are great! We enjoyed every second! The afternoon tea and night time food was very delicious! The buckwheat pillows were so comfortable that make me wanna bring some home! Very family friendly place! Highly recommended!

Stunning view from the window on 55 floor worth all the hours of light to Japan. Very good location, convenient if you are travelling around Osaka. Great food on the breakfast and nice bar to sit and relax in the evening, not mentioning lounge where you can try good food or desert with a stunning view. All personnel is very welcoming and ready to sort any of your problems. Thank you so much for all your efforts, I had a great time and will definitely come back again.

everything. superb location. staff were very very friendly and helpful everyday no matter the requests. Bonus was the staff arranging for my luggage to be sent to the airport and storing it a few times. I also received amazon packages. Housekeeping staff were nice too and were careful to not make much noise when cleaning adjacent rooms. I have already booked again for 2027.

This Hotel gave us a nice time as it was quite comfortable and has all we need. We stayed 7 nights and it provided us a home like comfortability. The free parking that fit our big car is a plus and the 24 hours food service as well. A bit of kabi killer might be needed in the bathroom tub and shower but all in all everything was great!would definitely book again!!!

Staff was amazing. They are so accommodating and helpful. The hotel was fine with great amenities. Locations wasn't great for sightseeing but was a great experience overall. 10/10 will cum again

Everything felt brand spanking new and squeaky clean. Breakfast was amazing. Towels, linens, duvet and covers were perfect. All around great stay.

Everything was excellent and our host was most loving and caring!

The value is fantastic, the staff is amazing and despite being in the middle of the city it’s still quiet.
